I’ve been doing business ( a lot of business) my vehicle as well as my daughter,granddaughter & grandson’s vehicles and as long as we went ahead with the job the diagnostic fee got waived so I’m not happy to pay it now! I did not drive it when I had the opportunity to drive the car. When I reach my destination, it pulled dramatically to the right. I had no tracking issues with the car before I took it there, but it needed to be realigned to re-adjust the steering wheel back to center, which is was significantly because I had the steering box replaced previously. I will need to take it to another shop and have it realigned. I cannot take it back to in-line because I moved away from the area. I’m very disappointed because if they had driven the car themselves to test it, they would’ve noticed immediately the problem..

This mechanic has amazing reviews on google and I have used them in the past with great results. But now that I am using them as a trans woman I can see the way they treat the LGBT+ community. I went for an oil change and got the car back with the splash guard dragging on the ground. They said they’d fix and convinced me to use them for tires and a new rear mirror also. When got it back from that two weeks later. The splash guard had been just removed without replacement and the front splash guard was now dragging. I was charged hundreds more for the tires than quoted and they won’t give me an invoice just a generic receipt. The rear mirror was never touched and was never told for two weeks while they had the car that they couldn’t get the mirror for my car. So over a month I barely had a car, spent over $3,000 and now I am missing a splash guard and the other is broken. Rear mirror is still broken. Only positive is an oil change and nice tires that where probably way over priced. Used this mechanic for 2 cars over 3 years and they have been amazing and the reviews everywhere are amazing. But then I walked in the door at a trans woman and that all changed.
