Without a doubt the worst business I have ever dealt with. I should have known from the start what I was in for due to their lack of professionalism and inability to answer even the simplest of questions, but they had a vehicle that I wanted and I thought I should give them a shot. I might add that I am active duty Air Force and currently stationed overseas, so I was going to have the car shipped directly from the dealer, a fact which they quickly took advantage of. Not only did they blatantly lie about the condition of the car (including understating the mileage by over 6,000 miles) but as soon as they received the bank transfer, they did not answer my emails, return my calls or complete the sale. I ended up having to go to the legal office and threaten them with a law suit in order to get them to finish all the paperwork. In the end I missed multiple shipping appointments (which all cost me money) because they couldn't find the paperwork or the title, and then once they did, they refused to send me the copies I needed in order to ship the car, and tried to charge me $30 a day for storage while they tried to finish the paper work on their end. They were rude, refused to answer my questions, lied about the condition, the mileage, mechanical problems and a number of other things. It wasn't until recently that I looked them up under the Better Business Bureau and found that they were rated as an "F" due to a vast number of complaints and legal issues. These people will steal your money and sell you a sub par vehicle, they look for every opportunity to screw you over and withhold all significant information until it is too late to do anything about it. It's your money, do what you want with it, but search these guys online and see what countless others have to say about them. With the information i provided, there are pending fraud charges against them. Be safe and God bless.

Made an appt. but ended up coming an hour late, philippe still accommodated me and finally my brakes don't squeak on my volkswagen touareg 2007. The staff is very polite, he didn't try to upsell me on anything. Really just an awesome, honest hard to find mechanic. He's open on sunday. I love it. The place is neat and my daughter who was with me was able to do some business in the office cause they have free wifi and the cleanest mechanic bathroom we've ever been to and an espresso machine to boot. Inexpensive, reliable and most importantly honest. I highly recommend him.

I put in an appointment request after closing hours last night, and they had the part ordered and ready for me to have installed today! I showed up, they got me right in, and turned my car around in less than 30 minutes! They were all very nice, knowledgable, and very skilled in their craft! I'd recommend them any day!

My car had recently gotten into an accident where I had taken it to High tech Automotive, normally every car shop just looks for more and more problems to take as much money as possible, but the mechanic and guys in the office were spectacular. I have a 2002 Toyota RAV4. Suddenly one day part of my exhaust system separated from the catalytic converter. I found Anthony on Mechanic Advisor and called for an appt. He said I could bring it right over for an estimate. He did not charge for the estimate. At first he thought it would need a new catalytic converter which he could get for much less than at the dealer but which was still very costly. I decided to leave it over night and rented a car through his connection with Enterprise. In the morning I called Anthony and was told the car was ready and the good news was that I had not needed a catalytic converter after all and the repairs would only cost about 1/3 of the original estimate. Very good news indeed. My SUV no longer makes noise and it runs great. His work also comes with a 12 month guarantee and I am extremely pleased to have found Anthony on Mechanic Advisor.

I recently came to Hoti Imports Auto Repair shop in dismay over my broken a/c. Upon my arrival I was already filled with disappointment and confusion on to why nobody could diagnose the a/c issue with my car. One shop quoted me over $800 to even take a look at her, another shop told me they couldn't figure out the problem and yet I owed them $300 for the time it took them to figure out that they didn't know what they were doing. There is a saying that the third time is always a charm, well in my case it was! People lack integrity in business and are only focused on making a profit instead of gaining loyal customers. Especially if you are a woman, the easier it seems for men at least, to take advantage of us. My point-in-case is this.. Hoti Imports Auto Repair not only fixed my a/c the same day I brought it in, they also didn't rip me off!! I wasn't charged for the time it took them to figure out the problem, nor was I charged an amount anywhere close to $800. I have gained an enormous amount of respect and trust for this shop, and this will be the ONLY place I take Blair (my cars name) to be worked on.
