The technicians at VolvTech are very knowledgeable about these often complex cars. Other shops just experiment on a car like my S80 T6 (1999) but the techs here are super professional, quick, and kind. They even have the best prices. They get you back on the road asap. I won't go anywhere else. Thanks guys.

I got ripped off from this place twice. Paid to change spark plugs and coils and car broke down again a few months later and cone to find out that the car still had an original Nissan coil in it.. He didn't change all the coils that I paid him to do. I had to pay another shop to replace them again. This guy just rips people off!

Power Marine

AVOID THIS BUSINESS! We recently purchased a center console boat from this dealer. When we hooked the boat up to our vehicle the trailer lights didn't work. We were told, "too bad for you, you bought it now you have to go fix it. Our first stop was a trailer repair shop. When we launched the boat we immediately began to take on water - the scupper covers on the back of the boat were missing. We were also told that the engine had been completely serviced, We took the boat to our own mechanic who said that this was ABSOLUTELY FALSE. We ended up paying $400 to have the engine serviced. THEN, the oil pump went out and we are faced with an $1800 repair. The reason we bought our boat from this company is that we believed a business would be more reputable and honest than a seller that we did not know. Boy, were we wrong. I am posting this in the hopes that others will be able to avoid sharing our fate. I wish I could've read a review like this before I bought this lemon!!! If I could give them 0 Stars I would.

Marine Max of Miami

1.0(1)
700 NE 79th St, Miami

This MarineMax has very bad managers... I schedule to service my boat 3times and always when I called to reconfirm they said that I didnt had an appointment. After many times try I finitely took my boat for service... I took my boat on Tuesday and they never touch my boat till 1week after... I was one weekend without my boat just because they ware irresponsible and has a bad managment. My service adviser was Andrew (needs training/lots of it). So my boat was sitting at there shop for 2weeks to do a simple service. I also request Andrew to change all my light on thr cock pitch to bright white... I pick up my boat 15 days later and the lights ware not change. They charge me for the lights and I never got it. 2weeks pass and I called them to see whats going on with my lights.. No answer from Andrew (as usual). Then I called and I spoke to the service manager and I explain what was going on... Up to now 08/30/2014 I still don't have my lights that I pay for it. The MarineMax needs to have a better managment or otherwise will go down fast. I will send an email to all CEO and Investors so they are aware of what they doing with they company's reputation. I hope will never have to take my boat to MarineMax and if someone ask me about this company I will just tell my history.
