I'm sure this shop does okay work on tire installations and alignments, but I recommend going elsewhere for major vehicle repairs. After having my AC compressor and condenser replaced, the belt tensioner now makes a rattling sound whenever the compressor clutch is engaged. Matt claimed the new compressor changed the angle of the belt, causing the noise, but I find this explanation unconvincing. Somehow, they managed to damage the belt tensioner in the process and now want to charge me more for the fix.

Dropped my wife’s car off with Ian to have some simple repairs done. He got the car back quick and done right. He was even able to point out some common failure points on the R56’s so that I can keep an eye out and have them repaired before major damage will occur. Will definitely bring the car back here for service. Friendly knowledgeable and fair price.

Very nice people I meet them the first time a couple of mths. Ago they put a part on my 4x4 when no one else around would even talk to me so when I needed work on my jeep I took it to them and they checked it out called with EST. And fixed it. I had a horrible experience thanks to Mark Roberts. After waiting days to hear if I had been approved for a bank loan, I drove over after specifically telling Mark to have ALL of the paperwork ready. I still ended up wasting an hour because NOTHING was ready. I was then told that they couldn't approve me because they dropped the price by a couple hundred dollars and they needed to get approval from the bank again. Since when does the bank need to re-approve a loan for less money? I left. After two phone calls, I decided to come back since I got a great interest rate. I once again tell him to have everything ready, but he only has 3 pieces of paper ready and he tells me that now we have to wait for someone else to print out the important paperwork that should have been printed already. My mother was upset and they had an argument in the middle of the showroom and Mark called her a "mean person" and told her that I didn't have to buy the car. I don't know how this guy still has a job. Either his boss doesn't know how horrible of a salesman he is or his boss doesn't care. Congratulations Phillips Toyota! You just lost the future business of a 23 year old. Good job Mark (can you sense the sarcasm?)!
