brought my 92 e30 in it on oct 2018 and they did absolutely no work..quoted me 5000 with 1200 deposit in jan 2019. The quote had things that have already been replaced like ac compressor and and a headgasket that has no miles on it because i changed it my self before i brought it in .. I trimmed the quote down to 1400 and the deposit was 500 i thought that is pretty high...but i paid it..against my better judgement because i could feel the racist mentality when i came into the shop to talk about the repairs to my car in nov 2018 .i believe since they couldn't prey on an uninformed black car owner they chose to let my car sit for 2 months and when i called for an update on feb 13, 2019, they informed me that its best to come get my car and that they haven't done any work

I purchased a 2001 Audi A6 in Nov. of last year from Dino. He is a very dishonest person and tried to scam me into making 11 payments even though i was only suppose to have 9 all together and refusing to send me the title. However he did get 10 payment from me plus the extra i was send on each payment. In total i over paid around $500. Once i realized this i called him and he just kept back tracking and talking in circles never admitting he owes me that money back. And to make matters even worse the transmission went out only 3 months after purchasing the car which was going to cost more than the car is worth to fix so it has been sitting ever since. I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from here; lemons and crooks!!!!!

Me and my husband went by Versatile Collection last Wednesday at meet with the Salesman name Ali. Let me start this by saying he stinked like cigarettes. 2nd before showing us a car he interrogated us with a million questions. It felt like a interrogation, we buy cars every 2-3 years so we know the basic line of questioning but this was very unorthodox. Then after seeing a add online for a Hyundai Genesis he tells us his "manager" made a mistake and it's $2000 more then the advertised price. I will be contacting the BBB and auto trader about false advertising. Then when we called him out on it he begun to be arrogant and angry. Not too mention we called before coming in and confirmed the price. We were ready to buy since I been looking at the car all day and had my husband take off work early just so we can get the car. We did end up buying a car that day from another dealer who does not play bait and switch games. Versatile Collection did have a Very nice location, very nice selection of cars, but needs a better sales staff. We choose them because of all the positive reviews online SORRY but we can not say the same. Stay far away from Versatile Collection in Roswell and Ali cause they will try to pull a fast one on you and rip you off.

sold me a car that they rolled back he miles on , took the car battery cable and than hooked it back up so it would pass emission test , 2 days later the check engine light came back on . I could go on & on . dont buy a car from them they are crooks.....
