I was very pleased when I was told that the expensive brake repair was not a safety issue. There has been a rattling sound when I brake, but it does not bother me if it is not a safety issue. I appreciated the honesty. -Farris Goodrum

They went over and above what any other mechanic has ever done for me in the past. I opted out for any repairs because my car is old, and I am just going to replace it. As I was leaving, in the rain, one of their mechanics ran out to help me get my car up their driveway. They didn't ask for a dime...which as most of you know, most places would have. Signature Automotive Specialists seemed very honest!!

I made an appointment with them at Decatur GA location. Got message from them that appointment is not confirmed until they will call or send confirmation message. They never call or massaged me for confirmation. I also requested them to call me for the direction to the place, because one time I went to the address all I saw was some kind of warehouse place and ramp. They did not have courtesy to call me back.

CHRIS J. is a very dishonest individual! He selectively leaves out important information when making the deal! He springs the suprise on you after you sign all the paperwork. He falsified the odometer reading (which if I'm not mistaking is a crime) He told us to tell the bank when they called that the car we purchased had a sun roof (which it did not)leather seats (this is a lie also) and that we paid $2000.00 down (which I did not) Needless to say this was only to drive the price up so that he could get a big commission (I guess it was needed to pay for his $80,000 Mercedes, which God gave to him!!as he put it) God should have smacked the taste out of that boys mouth just for saying his name! Mr. J's face is what you see when you look up "used car salesman" in the dictionary,..all smiles..talking fast and lying from the back of his throat! I would have rather for them to tell me that I just couldn't get financed there than to have been treated like I was. When will ppl learn that no good will come to them if they are truely living in honesty. Well I tried to support my Black brothers but hey.. back to the white man for me! IF YOU HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT OR IF U R PLANNING TO GO TO CHRIS MOTORS-MAKE A U TURN AS FAST AS YOU CAN,STEER CLEAR OF THAT PLACE!! EVERY WORD OF ALL THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE!except the good ones their employees wrote. RUN AWAY FROM CHRIS MOTORS..YELL FROM THE HIGHEST POINT. EVERYBODY--RUN RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. This is an excellent auto shop! I was most amazed at how knowledgeable and genuine the owner of the shop is. My driver side window wouldn’t close after I lowered it down on late Tuesday night. I contacted Wright’s Car Care the following morning and I drove to his shop. Ate breakfast and walked through some of the stores nearby (great marketplace nearby), and I couldn’t believe my car was finished! I had another auto shop that would have charged me 250 more and the service would have been subpar in comparison to Wright’s. If you’re trying to decide which auto shop to go to, Wright’s Car Care is my recommendation.

Excellent automotive shop. I work on my own vehicles and don't like mechanic shops. But when I have to use a mechanic I love Apollon. They are always honest and very fair. I saw the sign for a free brake inspection so I stopped in (they've been squeaking). The manager - Gerry, took the time to explain to me the differences for the various pads. He also showed me the pads that were on my car and the uneven wear indicating rotors. I decided to take care of everything - rotors and pads. So grateful to have a trustworthy mechanic. Thank you!!!
