Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! The last thing I wanted to do was call the dealership and thanks to him I didn't have to. He was super patient, even providing me with the full address and number of the shop. The diagnostic is definitely worth it. I nstead of throwing parts at the engine this tells you exactly what is wrong with what ever problem you are trying to handle. work also comes with a warranty and the staff is great !

I love this place! They took my crappy credit and still put it a car for a very reasonable payment plan. The car looks and drives great still so no issues there. Also the staff there is really nice and reasonable.

They have okay service. Sometimes they can be pretty rude. I came in for an oil change. They told me it wouldn't be long. An hour and a half later I go to see how much longer and another guy tells me my car is next. I was pissed considering the cars they were working on came after I got there. The guy that initially helped me apologized a lot, which is the only reason I gave them two stars. But I'm being generous.

Untrustworthy and impossible to contact Did not fully cover costs in the import contract and have since had to cover them out of my own pocket. Have not been able to successfully contact management via phone or emails

He put the wrong catalytic converter on my vehicle and then even argued with the dealership that the it was an adequate part. He said there was a two year warranty on the converter but then claimed that the warranty was void after only a couple of months. The the local dealership tested the converter and told Harold that it was working but not perform adequately for the vehicle. Harold then told me that he would replace the converter with another one (which was to be the same as the one that was inadequate) "just to get me out of his hair and then he was done with it". When he was asked to refund some or all of the money he said "that's not gonna happen!".
