I made a reservation for today at 9:30 am. I dropped off my car, spoke with Dmitri, who told me it will take 1.5 hours. He took my number to call me when its done. I stayed in the neighborhood, so after 2 hours with no phone call, I dropped in to see it's done. It was not done. It was not even moved from where I left. This placed is so unorganized that the individuals I spoke to didn't even know I dropped off the car. So unprofessional. They lost a customer today. ~Michael

I was so lucky to have brought my car for service on Monday. I have had so many bad mechanics try to fix my car but Velasquez and Darwin FINALLY got to the root of the problem and fixed my check engine light that was on for months. Other mechanics claimed they fixed the check engine light problem but the didn't. It is NOT easy finding a good, honest mechanic these days. I know I finally found one and can confidentially bring my cars to Velasquez in the future. Darwin also changed the gaskets. I had paid a mechanic to change them a few months ago but apparently didn't. I actually paid to have the purge valve and gaskets changed but they never were. Darwin even showed me the defective parts. Thank you Darwin and Velasquez mechanic shop. Brian 2-9-22

I had a flat tire that had to be replaced and it wound up costing me 166.02. My problem is I did not know if the tire could be fixed or not when I left it there and they did not call me to tell that the tire could not be repaired and I needed a new tire. They just went ahead and put a new tire on the rim. I would have appreciated a call before they went ahead with this so I could discuss price options for different tires.

Chris is a great manager & very helpful, at Lincoln & McCormick. I’ve known him for many years. Hector was also great. He’s just learning & eager to learn. Both very personable.

Every time I visit I am out before I can get too comfortable. Great coffee and a real clean shop. I would never hesitate to go there first.

The staff attended to me promptly and explained the possible cause of why there is water draining on the passenger seat of my car, it was free of charge. When I drop off my car, I wanted to take a bus and the company offered me a ride. Nice customer service. I think I will be your customer for long.
