I have lived in the area over a decade, and Tuffy has seen many (if not all) of our family vehicles. Some needed more repairs and upkeep than others, but Paul is definitely someone I trust. Just a few weeks ago we were going out of town for a funeral and decided to bring it in before we left. Long story short, we brought it in for an oil change and Tuffy found a major issue that needed to be repaired immediately. Tuffy not only saved us the danger of breaking down on our way to the funeral, but they worked out an arrangement with Enterprise to rent a 15 passenger van for my large family! I would not trust my money with anyone else. I get treated fair every time I talk to Jim or his salesmen. They are truly honest and will tell you every single detail they know about the vehicle, instead of ignoring your question like a lot of other people. The prices are extremely cheap, always under KBB value. I originally bought a 96 Saturn off of Jim in 2004. It had 170,000 miles and it made it to over 230,000 miles in 2010. I ended up trading it in for a newer Saturn and he gave me another great deal! I got 6 years out of a $1,600 vehicle. Beat that!!
