What an amazing experience! I was greeted by the lovely owner, Debbie, and her little assistant. Debbie is so sweet, she made me very comfortable and I left the business knowing that I will return here with confidence. My service was fast and at a great price! My light is finally working like it should and I'm very grateful to Jose for doing such a great job. I'm recommending this business to all my friends.

I just want to put out here, Micheal William, had my car and I know he stole my children Soical Security cards and birth certificates that here inside of a gray bag located in the back of my trunk. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Put a deposit down on a car with the agreement that they would fix a few things before I brought the balance.  When I came back on the day they said the car would be done, they tried telling me the broken side light was new and thats how the manufacturer makes it - with a crack.  The only thing they said they would do was detail the car.   After feeling cheated and disrespected, I told thm I wanted my deposit back and didn't want to buy the car.  They said to come back because the owner had to sign the check.  After calling multiple times and being hung up on by Denise, and making multiple visits, we were pretty much blown off and never received the deposit back.  They sold the car and got to keep our money on top of it. No wonder why they are rated F on the Better Business Bureau website and so many complaints have been submitted to the BBB.

I purchased my my girlfriend a 2005 Volvo S80 for Valentines Day from Alpha Motors on Feb 13, 2012. Along with the purchase of the vehicle, I was told I will get a an extended warranty through Alpha Motors of Westmont. Come to find out it was a lie. they charged me and extra $1,600.00 which I had to pay in order to obtain a warranty and close the deal the extra money was tacked on to my montlhy car note. ALPHA MOTORS NEVER PAID THE WARRANTY COMPANY FOR MY WARRANTY PLAN . Its all a lie to get you to purchase the car!! The Price of the warranty is on the consumer/buyer.. I found this out 8 hours after having the car, I took it to Volvo for repairs and the claim was denied... Come to find out, the warranty is only worth $3,000 dollars and once any repairs are done, the warranty is no longer any good!! So my newly purchased car ended up with Alpha Motors for 30days waiting to get repaired, once delivered to me, They promised Jerry Arquines ( Sales Manager ) Frank Stanghellini ( Finance Director ) and Alber Youssef (General Sales Manager ) The car was in tip top shape and if not, they will refund all my money spent on repairing the car along with my down payment of $3,000.00 dollars To date, Alpha motors is refusing refund any monies, and has the car back in their possession!!! as well as never fixed any repairs needed. on the car. they are refusing to admit fault as well as refusing to answer my calls. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Alber Youssef told me I would have to sue him to get my money back and he doesn't care about any lawyers, because he has 3 lawyers who sit around and do nothing but wait for people like me and will eat me alive..

What a joke went back for the same problem four times! first it was battery, then alternator, then wiring then we don't know! Go to the dealer! I spent 2000.00 and my car keeps stalling ?!?!?! I went to the dealer and spent a whole 98.00 and car has been fine.I will never ever go back to marco and would suggest everyone do the same this guys are terrible!

I bought a Honda Civic 2003 recently from this company. The owner, Mike is not a reliable person, neither this company. He advertised this car as a car with clean history, no accidents, 88k mileage with replaced engine.I believed his words as he said he'll not sell bad cars. He was not ready to allow me to take it to a mechanic to get it checked. Since I was looking to buy a car immediately, I paid him the money and took car with me. When I checked CarFax with the VIN#, I was surpised to see that car had an accident. And the car had 173K mileage. I called him to ask about this and he continued to support his false statements. He claimed the owner from whom he bought this car didn't provide him the document to show the engine replacement and the correct odometer reading as well. At the end he advised me if I'm willing to sell the car at a later point of time, I can take it to him and he'll buy it for a less price. Please do not buy a car with this dealer. He is not at all reliable.

I took my 2002 chevy pickup for an oil change on9/9/14 at that time I was informed needed to replace tie rod end replacements @ a cost of 637.00 which I paid. After paying I return home and on my table I had a 75.00 off any service of 600.00 or more card from Bartels. I call the Oswego store and request the credit and Devin (Manager) did so, as credit to my account. I returned a month later for a brake inspection, and was told by Shawn McDowell I needed everything, brake pads rotors calipers etc.I told him I did not believe that to be true.I took my truck and had my brake job somewhere else which did not require the extensive work as quoted at Bartels. Still having a credit of 75.00 I took my truck for a oil change, upon completion I was asked for a payment of 20.88, I replied take it from the credit I have .I was told by Shawn McDowell You can't use it for that! By this time I realized I had no other form of payment with me, at that time I said I would run home and get it, mind you I live less than 1 mile away, then I'm told we can't let you take the truck. By this time I am fuming. I then have to call my husband who is very ill with fatal cancer and in a hospice bed because he cannot get up without assistance, and ask for our credit card number. As I am leaving Shawn smiles and says the general manager will be in on Monday. Monday comes I talk with Devin, made him aware of the situation and DEMANDED my 75.00. I also asked for the owners contact information,I was given the number to another location. I have been a customer for over 10 years. I will NEVER return there again. WORD TO THE WISE! WHO NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS.
