"We only do new parts..." - Manager D Overcharged for a Reman part, was told it was "New". Called them up and 2 days later I got back the difference in price, never was told a reason as to why it happened in the first place. 2 weeks later, Alternator fails again. Went back, was told it was wires. But they couldn't help me cause their mechanic leaves AN HOUR EARLY. Got a second opinion at a local mechanic, ran multiple tests for free. Determined it was the alternator again. Went back to Midas, they still wanted to poke around my car and run "tests". Told them i wanted a full refund, was able to get the cost of labor back. Now I'm getting a better alternator and doing it myself. This shop is a joke, should have never gone there. Left me on the side of the road twice. Not up front, stick to local shops folks. I learned the hard way.

I brought my car in to get fixed and as I was explaining the issue to the mechanic his phone rang. While I was talking, without saying "excuse me I need to take this" or "can you hold on a minute" he picks up the phone and just walks away. After I waited for a couple of minutes thinking surely he is coming back , he never came back and never apologized. It was as though he wanted me to leave and that is exactly what I did. How unprofessional! On top of that when we got the car back from them it was worse than it was before! The owner said he would have someone look at it the next day and it was been three days and still have heard nothing! They don't communicate with you about the problems with your car and they pretend as though they did nothing wrong. I do not suggest this shop to anyone.

I bought a 2004 VW Beetle from this dealership and it has been the best used car that I ever owned. It was in terrific condition, super clean with low miles and a rare top of the line model. They have a variety of price brackets on their vehicles, they all have super clean, un-smoked in interiors. The experience with my purchase was professional and courteous, a great value and I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I would definitely consider them on any future purchases. This place is completely bogus!! I bought a vehicle from a young, meathead, jersey shore wannabe who called himself the 'manager' of the dealership, and this ------bag had a good mouthpiece. After buying the vehicle he 'assured' me was a really great deal, (he even gave me his personal cell phone number-I'm a female thats well endowed) and told me if I had any problems I could contact him personally. So when I called him at the office after 1 1/2 months of having the car, asking for help because the car was dead and turned out to be an expensive electrical problem that could only be fixed by a mechanic, he blew me off, didn't offer any help, and told me to call him when I had it looked at. When I called him, again, crying because I just spent over $4,000.00 for a piece of crap car, to let him know of the problem and ask for the services I was promised, he told me not to call his 'personal cell phone number' and was rude, crude, unprofessional, incompassionate and disrespectful. This guy is a joke! This place is a joke! My vehicle didn't last me a whole 2 months before breaking, and no help was offered. As a young, single mother of two, I would have thought this guy, this cheezy car salesman, would have been a bit compassionate. I even sent more business to this place because I thought this place was a diamond in the rough...boy was I wrong. Do Not Buy S--- From This Place!!
