If you need anything with your car go to them!! I hrdyoplanned in a field yesterday morning (first "wreck" I ever been in) I called them and they said I can bring it to them after work. I got there 10 till close they still looked at my car and "fixed" it there was dirt on the back side of my rim causing it to be unbalanced and shake. They stayed late, another 30 minutes to get it all cleaned up and make sure nothing else was wrong with my car. The nicest people I have ever met!! I will go back to them for everything for now on!!! They honestly care about there customers and do everything they can to make your experience the best!!! Kayla Watters

On October 30th we arrived in New Orleans in a BMW M6 with AC and brake problems. After reading the lousy reviews of the dealer, on a whim ( this was a Sunday afternoon) I caller Raz at Briskers and surprise... he answered the phone. I told him about my problems and he said to bring it over and he would look at it. This was important as we only planned to be in New Orleans for 3 days, leaving Wednesday AM. He diagnosed the problems, we left the car and Tuesaday noon the car was ready. Professionally done. If I lived in NOLA he would be the only place I went for my srevice. Great service, great guy. BE CAREFUL...BE WARNED. I purchased a car from the dealership on a Tuesday and by Friday the bandage had fallen off and the vehicled true colors started showing. After spending thousands on a car, two days later i was then paying to get a diagnostic test to be there are many technical and electrical issues with car. Of course i called the dealer back and two day of the purchased this car KRISTI DUPLANTIS AT THE HOLLYWOOD IN HOUMA LOCATION basically told me good on getting my repairs. It has been a week of hell. Thousands of my dollars gone. And a car im afraid to drive due to the issues that Kristi and K & N Wholesale failed to mention, made to attempt to resolve, and have left me to deal with. NO VERY GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE I SAY.

I have been knowing of and using Diagnostic Auto Repair since the 1980s. Rikey and Paul have been and remain in business in Laplace for a simple reason. These guys know what they are doing and are the best I have found who explain the service or repairs you need and why and do the job right. Being a retired mechanic and auto collector and enthusiast all my life, I know. It is extremely hard for me to let anyone touch my vehicles as I used to do most of my own repairs and for my friends and family until I became disabled in 2006. But I would bring the jobs too big for me to handle to Diagnostic with confidence. Well since I have no choice now, I trust only one auto shop in the area. D.A.Repair as they are the most professional, first class repair shop in the Laplace area. They been doing it a long time and continue to offer very quick and quality repairs. Be very careful if you take your vehicle here for service. They find ways to keep warranty from covering your repair so they can make more. I had to remove my vehicle and pay for all the diagnostics run. It cost me over 400. I then took it to aother dodge dealership and they fixed the problem with ease all covered under warranty. i would strongly advise getting any service work done elswhere. Dodge did refund a portion of my money.

I bought a 2004 VW Beetle from this dealership and it has been the best used car that I ever owned. It was in terrific condition, super clean with low miles and a rare top of the line model. They have a variety of price brackets on their vehicles, they all have super clean, un-smoked in interiors. The experience with my purchase was professional and courteous, a great value and I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I would definitely consider them on any future purchases. This place is completely bogus!! I bought a vehicle from a young, meathead, jersey shore wannabe who called himself the 'manager' of the dealership, and this ------bag had a good mouthpiece. After buying the vehicle he 'assured' me was a really great deal, (he even gave me his personal cell phone number-I'm a female thats well endowed) and told me if I had any problems I could contact him personally. So when I called him at the office after 1 1/2 months of having the car, asking for help because the car was dead and turned out to be an expensive electrical problem that could only be fixed by a mechanic, he blew me off, didn't offer any help, and told me to call him when I had it looked at. When I called him, again, crying because I just spent over $4,000.00 for a piece of crap car, to let him know of the problem and ask for the services I was promised, he told me not to call his 'personal cell phone number' and was rude, crude, unprofessional, incompassionate and disrespectful. This guy is a joke! This place is a joke! My vehicle didn't last me a whole 2 months before breaking, and no help was offered. As a young, single mother of two, I would have thought this guy, this cheezy car salesman, would have been a bit compassionate. I even sent more business to this place because I thought this place was a diamond in the rough...boy was I wrong. Do Not Buy S--- From This Place!!
