Auto repair service near Concord, MA

This dealer sold us a car with multiple problems and refused to provide a refund. We had to go through arbitration with the Office of Consumer Affairs in Massachusetts in order to get our money back. We eventually won the arbitration and got our money back after 6 months of grief and frustration. This dealer sold us a car with no heat, no a.c. and the vents didn't work. It also had a broken motor mount, inoperative windshield wiper fluid, inoperative horn, and a loose door lock. We took the car back two times and many of the problems never even got looked at. Based on the evidence provided at the arbitration, the arbitrator easily found in our favor and this dealer was forced to return the full price of the car along with our registration fees. This dealer hung up on us several times throughout the process of trying to work with him. Very immature person to do business with. Car was a lemon and repair and service was awful. Very affordable and excellent workmanship,they are very polite and easy to talk I would recommend everyone to go to see them for work on there car's and truck I give them a thumbs up . I am very happy with there work, Thank you .

I want to preface my review by saying that the techs are very talented and I deeply appreciate the work they specifically did. I also would like to say Jake is an incredibly nice individual who does the best he can with what he is given, and unfortunately his colleague does not share the same sentiment. Rico lied about every facet of the job. From price, to estimated time, to simply what they would actually be able to do for me. He also made it very clear he did not respect my input and opinions even though I am the owner of the vehicle; I have my own opinion as to why he felt that way as well. INCREDIBLY upsetting experience considering my family is return customers of Zaks (I personally will not be returning). I again thank Jake and the techs for their diligent, and honest, work; And all they did in the face of their teammate actively working against them. Unfortunately, they can only do so much when the bridge has already been burned.

Had them "build" an EJ25 subaru motor for me not long ago. After 3k miles it is burning 1qt every 3k miles, and visibly smokes in boost and on decel. Alex assured me "the motor isn't broken in yet" at 2k miles. Its only gotten worse and I just continue to get run in circles. Don't go here to get an engine "assembled" go somewhere that's actually going to BUILD it and stand behind it. A few dynos and 300 facebook reviews totaling 4.9 stars is very capable of fooling your wallet!

STOP NOT GO HERE. This place is a joke. This guy will try to make more work then what you come for. I went there for an alignment and he tried to get me to do a brake line. I should have asked around since he has a bad reputation for over charging and bad work from regular people and other shop owners form the area. Don't be stupid like I was, ask around and you'll see.
