BEST MECHANIC EVER! I can not say enough good things about Mike and his team! He is a great mechanic as well as being trustworthy and honest! When I lost my brakes on my Land Rover when driving to Ocean City for vacation, he fixed it and billed me less than he initially quoted me. More importantly, it is how he made himself available to me after I experienced an additional problem a week later for which I will always be grateful. Since I was now back in Baltimore, I went to 3 different mechanics including Land Rover to get this new problem repaired. Land Rover even wanted to charge me $5,000 to repair it so I called Mike, with whom I now had a relationship and trusted, and he was pretty confident that these shops were all misdiagnosing the problem. He said if I got my car (which was not running) back to him, we would figure out what was wrong. So, I had it towed back to his shop (160 miles away) in Ocean City and sure enough, he fixed it...and for free! (I probably shouldn't tell everyone that he didn't charge me for all his time but that is the type of guy he is....he genuinely cares about his customers and will do whatever he can to help). If you are like me and know nothing about cars, it is always nerve-racking to take your car into a mechanic shop because you never know if they are being honest with you and not trying to "upsell" you. Mike is a great mechanic, diagnostician, but more importantly, a good guy! If you need work done on your car, he is the only shop to go to!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Robert's Repair replaced the front brake pads, rotors, calipers and hoses on my Ford Expedtion in January 2020. Over the summer there began noticeable grinding at low speeds and lurching when braking. In December 2020, less than a year after the new parts were installed, I replaced the pads and rotors again because of the deteriorating driving condition. The front right pads were worn down to bare metal and both rotors were scored deeply. I returned to Robert's Repair to ask them to honor the 1 year parts warranty. I assumed that the rotors and pads must be defective in some way. Robert's Repair refused to help, explaining that nothing was wrong with the pads nor rotors, despite the obvious physical damage to the parts (after less than a year of driving and fewer than 3000 miles). Robert's Repair also refused to provide any contact information for his parts supplier so that I could inquire about them honoring the warranty. I would never recommend this shop to anyone as they are dishonest about their warranty service and will not help a customer in need. I recommend avoiding this shop.

My name is Debbie Caputo and I just want to give a little bit of praise to one of the employees of Grant's Service Center. When I got into my car on Tues, July 7th it would not even turn over. I called my roadside assistance company and they told me someone would be to my home in an hour or so. Ray Kittles from Grant's Service Center arrived within 35 minutes. He was very polite, respectful and so helpful to me. He not only jumped my battery, but also tried to educate me a little bit on what could have drained it and took his time with me. I was so appreciative of him. I want to give this wonderful gentleman a 5 Star Rating for being the kind of man that anyone would want to deal with, at any time, not only when they are broken down.
