Auto repair service near Frederick, MD

This Gem of a human being wants to charge my daughter $349.00 to put a set of rear brakes on her car and it will be extra for rotors! I've NEVER seen anyone charge a price like this. It's a 2005 Monte Carlo and this is at least DOUBLE what it should cost to slap on a few brake pads. DON'T give this POS your business, save YOUR money Remove review

My father purchased a car from them recently. It was a good deal and they advised him to come immediately because they wouldn't be able to hold it much longer. He leaves work right away and purchases the car. He immediately goes to the gas station up the road and after he's done filling up, the car won't start. Luckily, his friend was with him and was able to jumpstart him. He managed to get the car home that evening and to work the next day. On his way home from work that evening, the car starts making noises and dies. He managed to get it into a parking lot. So he gets the car towed to a shop (and friend of the family) and told him that it needs a new transmission. My father called them and let them know what happened. They were not willing to negotiate at all. No exchange or reimbursement. My father even offered to pay for the labor if they purchased the parts but they refused. We are filing complaints with the BBB and will be taking legal action. Don't do business with these people.

Wow, the above comment is shocking to me. I didn't receive this kind of service or treatment at all from Autoserv. Prices are very reasonable to local area competition. I have been going here for years. They have always been polite & curtious. Have taken care of my vehicles and stand behind any reoccurring problems. Reality check. This person needs to look at themselves and how they reacted to the situation. These people have always gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicle repairs were met. Thank you Autoserv and staff for all the hard work you do serving our community. I highly recommend their services.

Contrary to the negative posts, all of the work that Long Meadow Auto Repair and Fuel has performed for my family over the last decade has been exceptional. Oil changes, brake work, engine repairs, and tire installation, were all done within a friendly and competent atmosphere. As such, I will continue to take all my vehicles to this business. Dennis L. Best garage in the neighborhood I have been dealing here for about 20 years. This is manny from Manny's Deli. You will never be told a repair you don't need and you will never have to bring your vehicle back for a bad repair. Very reasonable prices. Nice crew all around. Take my word for it.
