They charge you for repairs that were never completed and then when you bring your car back, they charge you for more repairs. If you don't make the repairs they void the warranty. Absolutely awful service. We had to go back because they didn't fix it the first time and they said they would not fix the automatic roll down because they weren't sure if it did that originally. The staff was condescending and rude--I will never go back!
