Untrustworthy, Shady, and all around a Bad Place! I was appalled by how easily they lied to me about the vehicle I was looking to purchase. I spoke with Evan as well as Sara. Both of them at the time seemed personable and easy to like. They fooled me good. I am so glad I went to get a full check up at a Dodge dealer before buying. The dealer said there were so many things wrong with it that it was actually dangerous to drive! I thought Evan was giving me a good deal but his "deal price" wasn't half of what it would have cost of make it driveable again. PLEASE DON'T EVER SHOP OR DO BUSINESS OF ANY KIND WITH PEOPLE LIKE THESE!!! THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS

Tim built a custom dual exhaust for my BMW. It is by far one of the best systems that I have seen. Tim now does all my automotive service work.

I would not buy a car from them. I purchased a car, which they advertised as a low mileage, dependable car and since I have purchased it I have had nothing but problems with it. They were not interested in helping me out at all. In addition it took over 4 months to get the title, infact I am still waiting for the title.

On August 10, 2012, I purchased a ShoreStation boat lift and canopy from the owner of J & R Auto, Rich Rasmusson for the amount of $1800.00. Rich convinced us of what an excellent deal we were getting, however, when we got the lift home and began to assemble it, there was a piece missing, which makes the canopy useless. I immediately contacted Rich, who repeatedly promised to resolve the problem over the course of the next month. However, as the weeks stretched on, and I continued to be persistent, Rich began to change his tune, and say the missing piece was not his reponsibility. Today, after 6 weeks of giving me the run-around, on 9/22/2012, Rich told me he has no intention of getting me the piece, or refunding some money that I may purchase the piece myself.

A+ Service! Steve's Auto World MG started a Concierge service with my park n ride. I had them do an oil change. They picked my car up while I was at work. They texted me a detailed car report. Then they called to let me know I needed a tire rotation so I had them do that. I got back to the park n ride at the end of the day and there was my car in the same spot. The receipt was on my dash. They had washed my car AND vacuumed it out! I found a complimentary bottle of water and ice scraper in my cup holder. It is the little things that make a huge difference. This is the most dishonest mechanic around. If you are considering using them don't be fooled by their 5 star rating on their company page. They delete negative comments here and on facebook. They charge you for repairs that were never completed and then when you bring your car back, they charge you for more repairs. If you don't make the repairs they void the warranty. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
