The reason I went to this location is because the location on Manchest... read more The reason I went to this location is because the location on Manchester Road where I have been going for all my tires and service for several vehicles for over 10 years didn't have time for me. One of the 4 tires I bought about 6 months earlier for $963.22 got a screw in it. I went to the Manchester location and was told they were booked up for the day and could I leave the truck which I could not. He told me they might get me in but it could be several hours. . Asked if I could make an appointment for the next day. They were booked up then to. There were no cars in the bays but I was told it was lunch time and this was their busy season. He said I could try another location which is what I did. If I were rating the Manchester location they certainly would not get 5 stars. I think Plaza Tire Service has just gotten too busy for me and after all these years, I will go somewhere else from now on.
