I have found that it is difficult to get an appointment and when I do I have to wait several hours for my vehicle. I dropped this vehicle off in the morning and went home to find a nail in one of the tires in my other vehicle. I called between 10 and 11 to see if it could be taken care of on that Saturday and they said I could drop it off and they would get to it on Monday. That’s excessive and I had no choice but to do that.
Checked alignment - no charge since it was in spec
