MY CAR BLEW OUT A BULB IN A HEAD;LIGHT. I WAS TOLD THE GRILL HAD TO BE REMOVED TO REPLACE THIS BULB. TAKING A LOT OF TIME, THEREFORE IT WOULD BE EXPENSIVE. PLAZA TIRE INSTALLED THE BULB WITH GRILL IN PLACE. SAVING THEM TIME AND EFFORT, AND SAVING ME MONEY.

These guys were awesome. I work from my car everyday. I’m a security officer that uses my personal vehicle to sit in lots to guard vehicles, which means my vehicle sits the entire day in all extremes of weather. With the extreme cold we recently experienced, my tire pressure in all 4 tires dropped drastically. I couldn’t drive the distance I do on flat tires. That night, both places closest to my work location had air hoses that didn’t work. I had to call AAA. Still the issue was a problem. I was in a panic because I felt uncomfortable knowing my tires were not where they should be. I’m originally from Michigan where we were used to very cold weather, and in 50+ years of driving NEVER had issues like I was having with my tires. And my tires are not even a year old! A friend recommended NITROGEN for my tires and recommended these guys. So first thing the next morning I went in. They were very courteous , fast and made sure I was taken care of. I left feeling a LOT of relief, knowing that I shouldn’t have the issue anymore. And I didn’t. It worked beautifully! THANK YOU from an older lady who felt frustrated and a bit frightened with my situation! I feel safe driving my vehicle again! THANK YOU!

RIPPED ME OFF SOLD ME A TRUCK FOR 7000 THAT I FOUND A WEEK LATER MAY NEED THE ENGINE REPLACED BECAUSE IT NEEDS SO MANY REPAIRS.

Work done was excellent as always. However, the quote of $350 to change the ignition switch is way over the top. I changed it myself in less than a half hour in my driveway in the cold.

I bought a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 5 year 100,000 "zero deductible" warranty. The Jeep has given me NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS, and I've spent almost $3,000.00 on the "zero deductible" warranty-- it's been in the shop nine times with transmission problems, leaks, torque converter issues, you name it. Look at the Better Business Bureau rating, it's an F (http://www.bbb.org/stlouis/business-reviews/auto-repair-and-service/metro-motors-in-o-fallon-mo-310286009). They do not check their vehicles before they sell them, and will not stand behind their product. When I contacted Zach Gary Edelen about the lemon he sold me, he told me to take it up with the warranty company, and there was nothing he could do. Wow, that is GREAT service!!! When I pressed him about the fact that we've sunk $2700 into a vehicle that STILL isn't running correctly, still leaking, still having electrical problems, his response? "Drive Ur car like a normal [person] and perhaps it'll last u a while. Nevermind the fact that u and Ur husband together are so fat you max out the payload for a jeep. No wonder Ur transmission went out. Ur just unrealistic in ur expectations. And like the rest of if life want something for nothing... Hope u choke on a chicken wing and die. Love always...G Ps... Last time I checked I was a car DEALER not a MANUFACTURER!" So rather than stand behind his product, or try to make a bad situation right, he insults my husband and myself, calls us fat, and wishes death upon us-- all because I had the nerve to complain! Now THAT'S someone you want to do business with! Just an addition to the review-- we drove from Bloomington not because this crappy Jeep was the "best deal," but because Mom & Dad pressured me into buying from a "family" member, because they thought it would benefit everyone. We've since learned our lesson, and no one from any of our families will be buying from them again. Oh yeah, everybody-- this guy is a "cousin" by the way-- so if he treats "FAMILY" this way

Hi-Tech Automotive Is a Cut above the Other Shops in Missouri! First Class Service Advisor Tony Took Care of My Son Matthew and My BMW like we were family! I was over 2500 miles away - But Tony Made sure to keep me up to date with everything We needed done. Hi Tech Will have us as a return customer - as well as letting our friends know - where the good guys that are honest and do what they say! Thank you to all who were involved! Especially you Tony!

AVOID AT ALL COST. If one star could be given it would. Repaired minivan, put in lesser aftermarket parts without asking or telling that non-original parts would be used. When part failed, wouldn't agree to either of the two reasonable restitutions offered and s basically told to get out of the shop. This same shop didn't repair a bolt in a tire that was brought in, and paid for to get repaired. When confronted, shop claimed it was a DIFFERENT bolt in the same tire that just happened to be in the same region and be the same size. This is also the same shop that told us we had a cracked oil pan, that never turned up again as an issue at this shop (despite never being fixed), never leaked oil and has not been found by two other shops.

Having bought a car from this location, was happy with the vehicle...however, upon trying to license the car, realized quickly that they failed to have me sign the proper paperwork for the title, which state police told me is illegal to sell a car without having this done. After weeks of calling, reporting to the circuit courts and BBB, I finally reached them (still, they never called, although claimed to). When finally resolving that issue, the DMV noticed that when they purchased the vehicle, it was signed by a different person than who originally bought it. A very helpful attendant at the Harvester, MO's DMV then called to try to resolve the issue with Mid Rivers directly and were told (by the owner/manager) Gary that it, and I quote was 'not their problem'. Buy from here at your own risk. Again, the car I purchased runs perfectly and no issues, but they do NOT care about their customers. They deserve zero stars AND in my belief, should be shut down.
