Forget the dealerships. We have had auto service at countless shops, national chains, garages and dealerships over many years. None one can even come close to the personal service, convenience, professionalism, honesty, experience, friendliness and knowledge you will find at Tri-City. I'd give them more stars if that were an option. The prices are reasonable, you get what you pay for and if it's not right (seldom) they'll make it right. Love their coupons too.

We have been talking our Volvo's and Saabs to Swedish Imports for at least 25 years. They have been thorough, honest, reliable, timely and forthright. The work has been outstanding. They have always treated us with respect and friendliness. We have bought our last Volvo's in part because of our trust in the crew at Swedish Imports.

Excellent, professional staff. Very friendly & polite. Seem to be very well-trained! Listened to my budget concerns and made most-needed repairs first. SL500 2003. Battery light visit repair shop was on and after buying new batteries and a new voltage regulator the light was still on. It took a few days but the issue was diagnosed as a bad battery voltage regulator in the trunk. Car is running like a champ again.

They fixed what 2 other shops couldn’t. Awesome!

A Christian based family business is what they advertise. "We're honest and will tell you all we know about a car" Drove 3hrs one way on an all cash deal only to find the vehicle they were so honest about did not have a title. They actually wanted me to pay them, drive the vehicle across state lines only on a promise that when they get the title they will mail it. Also never mentioned the fact the tires were so dry rotted it had cracks in the side walls more than 2" long. I was very disappointed by this honest Christian family.
