I have been going to Figs Automotive for a few years now and they have never let me down. Professional and down to earth people always willing to help and answer questions. I will continue to be a patron tp their services. High five on the new inspection station. What a convenience.

This is the only place I have ever taken my vehicle. I trust them to do the repairs and they always call me and tell me how much before doing the job. I was having an issue with my vehicle last week so I called Dale and he said stop by after I get off work. So I got there about 5:00 ,they close at 6:00. Mark was the person that looked at my vehicle and tells David, the owner, what the problem was and that it was going to take about an hour and half to fix. Knowing that I needed my vehicle and had no other way to travel. David, Mark, and Dale all agreed to stay and get my vehicle running again. Now the other problem, getting the part. David takes off in his own vehicle and gets the part that was needed while Mark takes out the old part. David gets back, Mark does his magic and my vehicle is ready. Now we are talking almost 7:00 and I was so happy I hugged each one of them. I was so thrilled that they would do this for me. This proves not all car repair buisnesse's will try to take advantage of women.You guys are the best!!!!!!

I've been going to CMD for years. They know my truck and know me and treat me like family. I appreciate the fact that they are always honest about what's going on, and they are always able to explain it to me. They do great work, and are trustworthy and reliable. Definitely recommend CMD.

I honestly wish I could give 10 stars. I have been a customer over the past 3years. I'm now taking a second car to them for maintenance and repairs. Everyone here is friendly and available to answer any and all questions. They don't try to sell you unnecessary work. Prices are fair too. Who could ask for anything more? I know zero about cars. Actually, less than zero. Would you consider that negative? Thankfully I found these guys. I worked at WBTV for more than nine years and this is where we take all of our station vehicles. After seeing just how nice everyone at Fleet was (from the front desk to the garage), I started taking my own car there. Lance is getting up there in age. Yes, my car is named Lance. He's a Mitsubishi Lancer. Creative... I know. I can't say enough about this place. When I was obviously ripped off by another garage, the good people at Fleet were the first ones to help. The workers here are always open and honest about everything. They take me to work if I have to drop my car off or offer to come get me when it's ready. Earlier this year, I blew a tire on 77 (if you haven't been through that... it's frightening). I called hysterically crying. They didn't even hesitate to send someone to come help me. Lucky for them, some nice good Samaritans stopped and I was able to tell the troops to retreat. Location: You can't see the shop from Wilkinson Blvd... just the sign. Pull in next to Paper Doll Lounge and drive back down the little gravel road. Price-wise: Fleet is a little more expensive than the chain shops out there, but I really don't think you can put a price tag on honesty and integrity. Great group of guys here. Polite and respectful. They never talk down to me, always explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions I may have.

Cam Auto is now my personal mechanic because they have proven to be knowledgeable, fair, honest and conveniently located. I lived in the Oakdale community from 1991 - 2007. I used to take my cars there. For any problem that I had, they provided the service for. I can only say good about the service at Oakdale Automotive. The only reason I don't frequent them now because I have moved but every now and then I find my way back. Never, ever had a problem after a repair was done. Friendly, courteous and timely.

They are a diamond in the rough, when other mechanics keep adding more to the bill they don't. They will call you and discuss it with you before so you won't get any surprises. Their business is smoke free and clean. A very pleasant environment, honest and friendly.

Had and issue with my M5 that even the Hendrick Dealer couldn't figure out. Searched the web and found BCH Imports and figured I would try them out. They not only found and fixed my problem, they showed and explained everything in detail and communicated via email and texting which means everything to me since I am very busy and can't get away from work very often. They have earned my business and plan on returning soon to get some "custom coding" done for my lights and windows. I encourage anyone who has a BMW to visit these guys first.

Had several small punctures in my tire. They were able to replace my tire same day.

I had a transmission replacement, the transmission is leaking fluid constantly. The service crew was unable to fix it. I have to jam the gear shift into park or the truck will roll off. They adjusted my carburetor and now my plugs are fowling out. They did a good job replacing the headers and exhaust pipes.

had flat replaced. tire system light wouldn't go off. took car back- they said they couldn't find problem, "didn't have the right equipment".. said I needed to take to dealer... another shop replaced the sensor in the tire...said tire kingdom ripped me off.

On October 16, 2020, I took my 2017 BMW X5 in for an oil change at Firestone Auto on W. WT Harris Blvd. in Charlotte, NC. I had typically only gotten service at the BMW dealership but decided to try here after a friend had his BMW serviced at a Firestone. While in the shop, a tune up was mentioned and I decided to allow them to do the tune up as I had recently hit 85K and figured it would be good for scheduled maintenance. After hours of waiting for the oil change and tune up, the technician gave me my keys, cashed me out ($700) and I pulled my car out of the parking lot, only for my engine to be misfiring and unable to accelerate. I returned to the shop within a minutes time as I pulled out and turned right back around. The manager told me they used aftermarket spark plugs and figured that could be the reason why (which later came out that they were too long, hence the cylinder head impact damage). They then called the BMW dealership to order spark plugs and they replaced the after market plugs with the ones from the dealership. The engine then got worse. I ended up having to leave my car there overnight. I came in the next morning, already upset about the situation, and the technician told me they put my original spark plugs back In to see if that would correct the situation and it continued to not run properly. My car was taken to them in superior condition as noted on the previous inspection notes and video from the last visit to the dealer. Firestone then let me know that they had already scheduled me a rental car and towed my vehicle to the dealership. They put me in a BMW X3, only to call me two hours later and say that I had to return it because they would not cover that amount and tried to place me in a Hyundai Elantra. After expressing how upset I was, they agreed to cover an SUV. Over the course of the past SIX WEEKS, they have been covering a rental vehicle for me. Fast forward a couple weeks, after multiple inspections from firestones independent inspectors as well as BMW, and a partial tear down of the engine, BMW determined that the engine needed to be replaced ($26.2K) and their inspector concurred. There were metal shavings throughout the entire engine, as well as the oil filter (mind you, Firestone also did an oil change). The dealership also noted that THE OIL WAS LOW. The oil drained from the car was completely filled with metal shavings and gave a sparkly look when a light was shined on it. Despite the dealer and inspectors findings, Firestone has continued to request a full tear down of the engine or they would not pay for the repair. Monday, November 16, 2020, BMW notified me that they would not be completing a complete tear down because there was enough conclusive evidence to show that the engine needed replacement and they would be closing the ticket. Due to the build of the engine, the intense amount of labor, and the findings that had already been noted, they did not feel it was necessary. Moving forward to November 18, I received a call from the claims rep stating that because BMW would not do the tear down, I had two options. They could offer 10K to HELP with the repair or have it towed to another BMW dealer that would complete the tear down. No dealership or shop has agreed to do the tear down due to the SAME reasons already reported by THE DEALERSHIP. This is absolutely ridiculous! How can the claim rep agree with the fact that this is their fault and there is enough evidence and proceed to say, “well management says we still must have the tear down!” For the second time, now that we are in another month, I am making payments on a vehicle that FIRESTONE DESTROYED and I am unable to enjoy due to their negligence. The claims rep told me that he would call me by the end of the day on 11/18 and I NEVER (and still haven’t) heard from him! Firestone’s website touts that their techs are certified to work on BMW’s and this proves WHY FIRESTONE IS A TERRIBLE AUTO SHOP! If they did not know what they were doing, they should not have agreed to the work! Other than a rental car and the run around, I have not received consistent communication, a repaired vehicle, NOR A REFUND FOR THE POOR $700 SERVICE JOB THEY WERE ORIGINALLY PAID TO DO! The last conversation with the claims rep said “I know it’s unfair, but management.....” I have called 5 or more times each day, and left messages since 11/18 AND NOT ONE PHONE CALL RETURNED! I feel as though I have been very patient and civil in giving them a chance to correct this issue! As a public school teacher, I work very hard for EVERY dollar that I earn and I will not be jaded by the big company crap! I do applaud the Store Manager, Rebecca for her efforts. She was very nice and professional throughout this terrible experience.

The guy at the front desk is very rude and disrespectful. Went in to get an alignment and by the time my car was finally finished it ended up being almost $1200.00. If you are a woman make sure you get a second opinion. They will try to make sure you get a bunch of other stuff that really is not an issue at the time. Would not recommend.

The worst experience of my life. The company kept charging me diagnostic fees for the same problem that never got fix. I would not recommend coming here ever again
