Jason kept my car for 6 months and his family members abused my car. His relative a non-employee also smoked and crashed my car per the police report. I dropped my car for a head gasket repair with 94,000 miles and it had 101,000 when I got my car back, he drove 6,000 miles on it and tells me he had to keep the car running to test it. I had to go to small claims court to protect myself.

Great group of folks. Had serious problems with a auto of mine and needed a new transmission and engine. Dealer said they'd fix it but I couldn't afford the almost $8,000 price tag and 3 weeks turn around time. Tullock automotive came to rescue. Not only did they handle the work, they did plenty of extras for no additional costs and in half the time the dealer would have taken. The costs was extremely affordable and now we trust all our auto's and all our friends trust their autos with fine folks at Tullock automotive. Thanks to Todd and Anissa!

I had Touring Car install brakes and tires on my BMW 330Ci. The work was done in a professional manner, with Duncan explaining everything as we went over the estimate. We were able to use a no-dust type brake pad which keeps my wheels looking great! I was very happy with their service and have returned for oil changes. I plan to keep on going to Touring car as long as I have a BMW or Porsche.

this company made a wrong diagnosis..what should have been a wheel bearing, they claimed was both lower controller arms.Being they are supposed to be specialist I believed them even though I told them it sounded like a bearing or a tie rod. And if they checked behind their work and took truck for a test drive tafter they were done hey would have known right off the go they were wrong.Of course if they had taken for test drive and then installed bearing I would have never known how big of a rip off they are. this cost over 1000 dollars and when they realized they made the wrong diagnosis. they offered to put a wheel bearing on for free. so what would have cost me under 100 to fix they refused to reimburse the 1000. they are crooked and do NOT get any service done by these people.

Great to do business with. I have developed a great relationship with them for both my cars. My 2011 Ford F-150 was having a timing issue and spark knocking terribly. I took the car to the Ford dealership and they told me the spark plugs needed to be replaced at 80K miles. I agreed and paid them $600 to do it. As soon as I drove off the knocking started again. I took it down to Jade and he asked his Ford certifed tech to check it out and he found that the PCM module needed to be reflashed to adjust the timing and only charged me around $100. I guess if I had asked them first I would have saved $500. I will go to them first next time.

I brought my 2014 CTS-V which I had purchased from them in for service. I had it towed down because of a horrible squealing and shaking coming from the rear of the car. I got down there to pick up a loaner car while they looked at my car and noticed my car being pulled into the service area. After standing around awkwardly in the service area trying to figure out where I needed to go I finally asked the guy that drove my car in and he told me I needed to talk to Chris in a rude manner and walked away. Now I'm standing around awkwardly in the service area trying to figure out who Chris is. A guy named Al walked out of the service bay and I asked him where to go and he said follow me and walked in the office area and immediately got on the phone. So now I'm standing awkwardly in the office not knowing what to do. Finally the infamous Chris shows up and I tell him my name and my car and he immediately tells me it's my aftermarket exhaust causing the problem. I had to argue with him that it wasn't the exhaust and show him the video I took of the sounds it was making and he still stuck with the exhaust being the problem then he sent me to another service manager, I have no idea who he is because he never introduced himself. Here's the main issue I have, when I called and set up the service I told them that the shaking and squealing didn't start until 60-70mph. I get in the car to take the new guy for a ride and let him hear the sounds and I notice the odometer is only 1 mile more than when I had it towed. Somehow this service dept. was able to diagnosis my problem that only happens at 60-70 mph with out even driving it. The new guy and I take the car down the road and sure enough 60 mph squealing and shaking starts and his first words are, "yea that's the exhaust". I would like someone to explain to me how an exhaust makes the same squealing sound a rock in your brake caliper sounds because that's the exact sound it makes. When we got back they pretty much just wrote me off and never offered to fix anything. He said they could readjust the exhaust and see if they fixed it but it wasn't under warranty, ok well if that is the problem you are so positive it is then fix it and give me an estimate of how much it's going to cost. None of that happened, I was never offered a solution other than take it home put the stock exhaust back on it and then bring it back so they can look at it. They are supposed to be mechanics which means they are supposed to fix the issue not assume what it is and tell the customer to get lost. I don't know if it's because I'm a female and they thought they could tell me some nonsense and I would believe it or what but my husband who is a mechanic was standing there telling them it's not the exhaust and this guy that probably never had grease on his hands a day in his life was telling him he was wrong. This was the worst customer service I have ever had, I left in tears because I was so upset. I bought a $50k car from these people and they treated me like I was a liar and a fraud. I even waited two days for roadside service to tow my car to their place because I had such a good experience with the sales team. I wanted to be loyal, I could have taken it to the closest Cadillac place in town to have them work on it and in hindsight I really wish I had. I will never go back to this place and they will never see a dime of my money again. If you are female and go to the service dept. be weary and don't let them treat you like less than a person because they think they can spit out some information and have you believe it. The entire time I was there no one ever greeted me or asked me if they could help and that's basic customer service, if you hate your job as much as it seems maybe customer service isn't your forte. P.S. I went home moved the exhaust around and put rubber hose on all the metal that could possibly touch metal and drove it to work this morning hearing the same noise.

The fact that you found the actual problem when a service station could not and you got me on your schedule very quickly should be plenty to give you a great recommendation. On October 16, 2020, I took my 2017 BMW X5 in for an oil change at Firestone Auto on W. WT Harris Blvd. in Charlotte, NC. I had typically only gotten service at the BMW dealership but decided to try here after a friend had his BMW serviced at a Firestone. While in the shop, a tune up was mentioned and I decided to allow them to do the tune up as I had recently hit 85K and figured it would be good for scheduled maintenance. After hours of waiting for the oil change and tune up, the technician gave me my keys, cashed me out ($700) and I pulled my car out of the parking lot, only for my engine to be misfiring and unable to accelerate. I returned to the shop within a minutes time as I pulled out and turned right back around. The manager told me they used aftermarket spark plugs and figured that could be the reason why (which later came out that they were too long, hence the cylinder head impact damage). They then called the BMW dealership to order spark plugs and they replaced the after market plugs with the ones from the dealership. The engine then got worse. I ended up having to leave my car there overnight. I came in the next morning, already upset about the situation, and the technician told me they put my original spark plugs back In to see if that would correct the situation and it continued to not run properly. My car was taken to them in superior condition as noted on the previous inspection notes and video from the last visit to the dealer. Firestone then let me know that they had already scheduled me a rental car and towed my vehicle to the dealership. They put me in a BMW X3, only to call me two hours later and say that I had to return it because they would not cover that amount and tried to place me in a Hyundai Elantra. After expressing how upset I was, they agreed to cover an SUV. Over the course of the past SIX WEEKS, they have been covering a rental vehicle for me. Fast forward a couple weeks, after multiple inspections from firestones independent inspectors as well as BMW, and a partial tear down of the engine, BMW determined that the engine needed to be replaced ($26.2K) and their inspector concurred. There were metal shavings throughout the entire engine, as well as the oil filter (mind you, Firestone also did an oil change). The dealership also noted that THE OIL WAS LOW. The oil drained from the car was completely filled with metal shavings and gave a sparkly look when a light was shined on it. Despite the dealer and inspectors findings, Firestone has continued to request a full tear down of the engine or they would not pay for the repair. Monday, November 16, 2020, BMW notified me that they would not be completing a complete tear down because there was enough conclusive evidence to show that the engine needed replacement and they would be closing the ticket. Due to the build of the engine, the intense amount of labor, and the findings that had already been noted, they did not feel it was necessary. Moving forward to November 18, I received a call from the claims rep stating that because BMW would not do the tear down, I had two options. They could offer 10K to HELP with the repair or have it towed to another BMW dealer that would complete the tear down. No dealership or shop has agreed to do the tear down due to the SAME reasons already reported by THE DEALERSHIP. This is absolutely ridiculous! How can the claim rep agree with the fact that this is their fault and there is enough evidence and proceed to say, “well management says we still must have the tear down!” For the second time, now that we are in another month, I am making payments on a vehicle that FIRESTONE DESTROYED and I am unable to enjoy due to their negligence. The claims rep told me that he would call me by the end of the day on 11/18 and I NEVER (and still haven’t) heard from him! Firestone’s website touts that their techs are certified to work on BMW’s and this proves WHY FIRESTONE IS A TERRIBLE AUTO SHOP! If they did not know what they were doing, they should not have agreed to the work! Other than a rental car and the run around, I have not received consistent communication, a repaired vehicle, NOR A REFUND FOR THE POOR $700 SERVICE JOB THEY WERE ORIGINALLY PAID TO DO! The last conversation with the claims rep said “I know it’s unfair, but management.....” I have called 5 or more times each day, and left messages since 11/18 AND NOT ONE PHONE CALL RETURNED! I feel as though I have been very patient and civil in giving them a chance to correct this issue! As a public school teacher, I work very hard for EVERY dollar that I earn and I will not be jaded by the big company crap! I do applaud the Store Manager, Rebecca for her efforts. She was very nice and professional throughout this terrible experience.
