I've been going to Chapel Hill Tire for 35 + years, and have always had absolutely fantastic service. I know that the professionals at CHT always give me the best advice for my wallet, not their own. I literally chose to sell one vehicle and purchase another based on their insight and experience. Their honesty has saved me huge amounts of money over the years. Today I was fortunate enough to work with Bucky. It was a simple inspection, but they were packed with those of us who had procrastinated until the last moment. Despite it being 5:00 on New Years Eve, and even though I'm sure everyone was exhausted and just wanted to get home and start their holiday evening, Bucky and his team kept working, helping folks with assorted issues, and solving problems with care and great good humor. I found all my reciepts and paper work. it shows that I traded the altima and the hyndai. and all the trade in amounts. I dont know what happened to your money but I paid what I owed to amanda and I will be getting an attorney. Somthing is awlfful fishy about the way this was handled. It will be corrected. I contacted the better busniess bureau and the attorney general. I will continue on until it is resolved.Repairs that were suppose to be made were never taken care of.But yet you alll still wanted your money. Michele West

This was a routine servicing of my RoadTrek generator, oil change, tuning air flow, etc. I made an appointment via phone, arrived on time and had the service completed in less than an hour. I doubt I will ever go anywhere else for servicing my generator.

This man is a GREAT Mechanic, i left him my car and, my newborn with him for 2 hours while i did my shopping at the DG. I came back tires were changed oil was changed and the inside was clean as could be. HE EVEN CHANGED MY BABY'S DIAPER. AMAZING!!!!! A lil bit of a jew on the pricing tho but amazing quality. 5 star all the way.
