I have never seen a group of harder working guys. They're honest, fair priced and most of all they do it right the first time. If you need your car, light or heavy truck, van, work car to work trucks serviced don't hesitate to take it to the right place. They do mostly everything. Tune ups, brakes, performance, etc! I thought $32.75 was a bit high to plug a tire. However, "Any port in the storm." And for that, I thank you.

Give me an estimate of almost $8000 to do a timing chain replacement. Another wanted to charge me $5800. And then a another well-known garage. Charge me $3300 overpriced. And took them 3 days to Get me an instrument. Not recommended for major repairs!

Took my Toyota Camry for 2 tire repairs at 8:45am on 06/27/2024. Had previously purchased set of tires from them in September 2023. Left vehicle at shop, received a call that 1 tire couldn't be repaired so I purchased a new tire. At 4pm received a ready to pickup call. Pickup vehicle at 5:25pm with note on paperwork that 2nd tire had a slow leak and dirt was cleaned off it for $32. Once in vehicle saw PSI was 21 on second tire. Advised staff before leaving and was told I could leave it overnight as well as a side statement "that he had worked on that car all day". Of course I did not leave it. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Thanks to Pep Boys business for removing a nail and repairing my second tire.

Excellent, professional staff. Very friendly & polite. Seem to be very well-trained! Listened to my budget concerns and made most-needed repairs first. I can honestly say if I ever need my car fixed for anything, I will definitely bring it to Aamco for service. The guys that serviced my car at Aamco in Fayetteville, NC was more than help and some! My first visit was to get a new transmission in my car. After getting my transmission fixed my air conditioner decided it wanted to quit it's job and no longer blow cold air. So seeing how well they did with my transmission I went back to see if they could fix my air. When I tell you less than 30 minutes after taking my car to Aamco I was back in my car riding with AC!!!! I'm so grateful for the gentlemen that I met at Aamco. They taught me the importance of the small parts on my car and how they can have a big role on how the car functions. Set an appointment to have repairs for an Alternator and an Oil Pressure Sensor replaced. After being misquoted, waiting on parts, and ultimately waiting on the repairs to be completed, 3 weeks has come and gone. Decided to go up to the place and the Owner was working on the car. Per conversation the original mechanic came down with COVID (Praying he’s ok), and he, the Owner, was the only one performing repairs. It became obvious through his admission he was still trying to figure out how to get the Sensor out. Didn’t realize he had to take off the Cam and Fuel Injectors that required additional replacement gaskets and such! I politely asked him if he could put the car back together so I could have it towed to the dealer. After paying $1844 for the Alternator job and parts for the Sensor repair job Tow truck tows car to dealer and after being off loaded vehicle catches fire. As noted by Fire Chief, cause of fire to be gasoline and loose wiring causing an arch!!! Car is deemed a TOTAL LOSS! I’m out $1844 and a $19000 car!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE??

I have three cars and have them all regularly serviced at Shell Rapid Lube. Always provide first class service at a reasonable cost.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! FRAUD!!! SCAM!!! They did a tint service for me and dented my car on both sides. Then they sold me rims and tires that they did not balance and that were defective. I cannot drive over 35 mph without my car violently shaking and without my hazards on. The refuse to refund me for the defective tires.
