We have been going there for approximately 10 years now, multiple cars under Ed's care (having 3 children of driving age) and do not have one complaint. My check engine light went on and that drives me nuts. Suburban did a complete test and thought it was my old gas cap. After several gas fill ups the light went out today out of the blue. Thanks to Mike and my new Honda gas cap.

Honestly, they are the last of their kind. They are honest and truthful and put their customers miles ahead of any desire to make money.If you have a problem with your vehicle and they diagnose it and find out fixing that problem may not help your vehicle work properly they will tell you instead of just taking the money. This is a really great group of people! They go miles out of their way to help their customers.

There are not many shops any more that convey that "Local, Down Home" feel where you know they will do what it takes to keep my car running like new, but P.E.P. Service Center does. This place has changed a lot. It is not the same as when I first started coming. Under new management, and I noticed new employees also. The service just isn’t as great as before; it has gone down. There’s no more friendliness or professionalism. When you ask a question, it feels like they either don’t know the answer or just refuse to answer and give you a blank stare. It’s so sad when companies go from good to bad because people just don’t care about their customers or clients anymore. But I will not be bringing my business there anymore. It is so sad to see this place go downhill. I wish you guys luck in the near future.

This is the best mechanic shop I have been to. They are kind, helpful, and reasonable. They always try to fit me in for last minute oil changes and honor my coupons even when I forget to bring them. What you see is what you get, I love that.
