I have been to Milo on numerous occasions and he was always honest and did top quality work. I was once told by Big O Tires I needed new struts so I took my car to Milo's and he assured me my struts were fine. He could have easily taken advantage but he did not. I wish he lived here in Portland so I could still take my car to him!

Every time I have gone into Jim’s shop I have left completely satisfied with the results and progress done to my car. I greatly appreciate the “above and beyond the call of duty” work ethic they produce. Each time I have had some work done on my car they also find something else that needed to be looked into. I can’t tell you how many times I am thankful for that and how it has saved my road trips. I went in for spark plugs and they also informed me and repaired a timing belt that otherwise would have gone unchecked. Awesome work.

Super nice people, fast service and reliable. Fast towing. Good communication. You will pay well for this, though, huge mark up on the EGR valve ($355.39)and well charge labor ($294.50). Make sure you can afford them.

Horrible and dishonest. All I wanted was my heater fixed. My BMW Z3 Roadster middle console paneling was perfect condition when I took it in and the clock worked great. When I got it back, the console was warped and they tried to glue it on. The clock worked and looked perfect before I took it in. when I got it back it was hanging loosely and did not work. They tried to tell me the console panel and clock were already like that and it wasn't them that broke it. These guys tried to cover up with lies and won't stand by their work. I found out later that they were supposed to take out the entire middle console and not just the panel. Of course the panel would break from them prying it out. They charged me over $1000 and now it's costing me $1000 to fix what they broke. I believe these are guys taking advantage of women. The owner even called me honey when trying to explain about the console and clock. Rotten people and business owners. I ended up taking my car to a different place to fix Dan's mistakes. They told me that Dan's taped the clock back on because they broke the pieces that hold it onto the panel. I've been advised to only deal with the BMW dealership because they back up their work with waurantee. Dan's does not. Do not go to them.

Took over a month to finish repair. Kerry could never figure out when my truck would ready. Damage to radiator. BBB suggest I file a police report, Owner refuses to speak to me.

My 1997 F350 7.3 Power Stroke was brought in for electrical diagnostic of the E40d transmission. My Front Rhino Grille was damaged and they denied they did the damage. My Rhino grille is close to $1000.00 in price and it was damaged on the lower step bar. It looks like a 2x4 board was used on top of a jack prior to lifting causing significant damage. I called and told them of the damage and they denied it. I am totally dissatisfied with them not admitting their damage to my grille. I will never recommend them to anyone. John Casias

I had oil change by this rip-off company today. I am very angry. They had a sign out front that said "today only oil change $26.99" I fell for it. When they got my car in the bay, i was told it was $69. I stated I did not want to pay that much. several employees came in one at a time and told me various stories such as we will give you a discount or how about $30. i agreed to the $30 but 45 minutes later. Nathan came to the desk and said it was $69 and that was the discount. not only that they could not change the oil filter because the dealership put it on too tight so I would have to go back to dealership to have oil filter changed. I payed them but I was very angry. I called back and asked to speak with manager. Both Nathan and Julio claimed to be the manager. After i got angry, then I was told Randy Martinez was the manager but he was on vacation. I plan on writing negative reviews on every site I can.

In mid-October, my truck wouldn't start and I had it towed to Wayne's. He'd done work on it in the past and always seemed fair and good. The truck was looked over and I was given an estimate for numerous items that needed attention. Service was prompt and seemed alright on the surface. The truck was not leaking oil prior to being serviced in October. Since then, I have a huge oil stain on my garage floor, and even smelled burning oil while driving about a week after having the services done... $520 later. Today I returned to have it checked out. I'm now being told the valve cover gaskets are leaking, and the transfer case is leaking heavily. They were unable to provide me an estimate while there, instead telling me I need to return another time to have an accurate estimate done (across town, mind you). I'm not clearly understanding the attempted explanation as to why this wasn't occurring before they performed the work and oil change, and/or why it wasn't noticed when they did diagnostics on the truck to begin with. Bottom line, I no longer feel they stand behind their work and truly feel like I'm being taken advantage of... seems they just want MORE money! I will not be returning to Wayne's ever, and I don't recommend them to anyone else at this point!

Just called up Brad's Auto Repair to schedule an appointment for my Car after I was referred to them by my Mother and her friend. The phone rang and was answered by a women saying "WHAT" I asked if this was Brad's Auto Repair to which she laughed, called me a dumb ass and hung up. I then thought obviously I dialed the wrong number because certainly no one would ever speak to a customer that way, called back the person on the other end kept hanging up on me??? I do NOT care what type of day someone is having to call someone a Dumb Ass because you are in a fowl mood is Neither Professional or call for. Needless to say I won't be taking my business to Brad's Auto Repair!!!

During my initial visit I thought I was getting a good deal. My catalytic converter was stolen and I brought it to Midas to get fixed. When my Dad called for a quote, the Manager Jerome said it would be $1,200. When we got there, that had changed and he said it would be a total of $2,681.75 ($2,299.99 for the part) After speaking to my insurance, they said it would only be a $1,300 job which they got quoted from Toyota. Jerome said this part was from Toyota so why would I be charged $1,300 more?? My insurance agent reached out to Midas corporate and has not received an explanation as to why I was overcharged. I am writing this so other people are not taken advantage of like I was. I do not know how a major automotive repair company to let someone this incompentent manage one of their stores. I was ripped on in a time of need, please don't let it happen to you.
