I have to say that Dillon and Sonny and all the mechanics at Nor CROSS are the best. They treat me with courtesy and respect. They always treat you fair and do not rip you off like other shops do. They are upfront and honest when they deal with me as a customer. I have been a loyal customer going to them for years now and know that i can trust them to tell me what my cars needs and charge a fair price for the work. Whenever i am confronted with a repair or emergency repair, they always do their best to accommodate me. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my car repairs.

This repair shop is very bad, I would not recommend this repair shop to anyone, unless you want to get scammed and charged the highest price for anytype of repair. they act very unproffesional, the owner always gives very high estimates and tries to also make money on the parts he orders for cheap after market. not to mention he does prostitution I was told by his employee and drinks alchohol in the office while working. not a place you want to take your car,it will either get your car in worse condition than you brougt it and have individuls who are not properly skilled in repairing cars to experiment on your car

I pulled in for a NY state auto inspection around 5:30 pm. Despite looking very busy I was accommodated in a few minutes They provided the inspection quickly and efficiently. Everyone was very courteous, the task was finished then I was on my way. I would recommend this shop to anyone and will return when I be require service or repair in the future.

This is the place to go for your rover works, when no one can figure it out they will, not only is the work done right it will last.

The first-time visit on a Saturday and they treated me like a long-time customer. Very professional and they all know what they are doing. Fair pricing and fast service. A rarity especially in Hunts Point. My mechanic retired after 25 years with him and I've been looking for a place I can trust to take my car for anything I may need. I hope I found the place. Quality work never had problem with my car after my trip

Chris used to bang up cars right before the insurance adjuster shows up to inspects the car. Claiming damages that were caused by him with the insurance. In addition to that, he keeps on calling the insurance company telling them additional damages were found during the course of repairs. Every time insurance comes reinspects the car, they pay a little more just to close to case with him even thought the initial estimate was already more than enough to fix the car. Bringing your car to this shop is the biggest mistake you would ever make. You think it's fine because the insurance company is going to pay for the damages. You gotta understand, Chris pushes so hard with the insurance company to pay thousands and thousands of dollars more than what it takes to fix the car. Hello!! Your insurance premium is going to increase so much on your next renewal. With all those claims with the insurance, don't be surprise that he didn't change more than half of the stuff on the estimate. When you get your car fixed over there, be sure to get a itemized paid receipt. You will see the receipt he will give you will not contain everything on the insurance estimate because he can get in to trouble for charging something he didn't change. Anyhow, get a itemized paid invoice and report him to NYS DMV. There is a time limitation which is like 30 days from day you picked up the car. Chris also bribes the adjusters. He has gotten so greedy that some adjusters didn't bribed, he fight hard to get the estimate up high so he can tell his boss he paid so and so adjuster and his boss shall reimburse him. He steals from customer, and he steals from his boss as well.

My dad and myself walked into your location CITY WORLD HYUNDAI 3350 BOSTON ROAD BRONX NY 10469 after getting an email saying I would be able to get help in my car search. We walked around the outside looking at the cars waiting for someone to help us and got no help, we then walked into the office and looked around for 15 min and still got no help. it wasn’t that the employees were busy in fact we were the only people there who was not working, after making eye contact with the 3 or 4 people behind the desk and still got no respond such as a hi or even a smile. I have been to a number of different car dealerships and have never encountered such terrible customer service experience ever. No one cared we were there at all it was as if we were invisible. Finally my dad got upset about the whole thing and we left .I didn’t plan on leaving with out the care I came to find out about but I also didn’t expect to leave angry either.

This is the worst towing company. They almost broke my wheel! Couldn't tow my car. Tried to tell me what was broken, but couldn't show me any evidence when I asked. AAA needs to drop them. No one has even apologized to me.
