There was no reason I simply asked: "Can I get an oil change and get someone to look at the engine, it's been having trouble starting" His answer: "No" Absolutely ridiculous. There's an auto shop directly across the street where they actually accommodated me and seem very friendly.

They have refused to refund my money along with the new parts I provided them for my car. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable shop that actually knows what they're doing.
