I went in for 2 repairs. The first repair was done fine. The second repair, a grinding noise from the front ,was diagnosed as rubbing break pads and rotors. After the repairs were done the grinding noise was still there and they NOW said it was my wheel bearings. I was charged $240 for break pads and rotors and couldnt get the old parts back on, a discount, or it removed from my bill. And dont expect corporate Midas to help if contacted either. These people cant be trusted and I will never go back. I recommend to stay away from Midas.

I've auditioned the competition because a backup plan is always good to have, usually. Each time, I use a competitor, I'm reminded why this business is successful. Dave and his team are quick, honest and go beyond what I expected. They have the technology repair the machine and help explain what's wrong. The completion time estimates are very reliable. Cold February and no heat create driving problems. Another garage insisted on multiple visits and "attempts" to repair the problem. As each bill came due - the message was clear. I worked nearby and coworkers suggested Rad Air for a solution. In one try they permanently and affordably repaired the problem. From the heat in the car to the gearbox on the engine - brakes, oil, wiper blades and ..yes, the loaner cars, all needs are met. Depending on how close you work - you may get a lift back to work with your road test. Being a passenger in your own car can make the process easier. I've been towed in and limped in. Each time feeling the relief knowing the solution was near. When I broke down in Cleveland I was relieved to see the Garfield Hts location nearby. They do things THE SAME WAY! Very professional and honest! Price paid was lower than price quoted.....they were able to save me money. Who does that???

When I had my truck I took it in for a brake job, I come to find out they put on warped rotors and been having brake problems ever since as the whole truck shook, I mentioned it to them and they wanted more money to fix the same problem they were originally supposed to due to said vibrations it caused uneven wear on a tire and I ended up getting a flat and brake pads got uneven wear. A few months later my power steering goes out and they replaced the gaskets on the box, a few hours later i lost power steering again so I take it to a different garage and they asked if the previous garage took out the box and I said no and they said well they should have. And finally after that due to the vibrations it caused a tie rod to be knocked loose and brake. They refuse to reimburse any extra money spent because of them or re do any previous repairs.

BEWARE!!! They caused $1,100 worth of damage to my corvette!!! I filed a complaint with corporate and they still are trying to deny they did any damage so now I have to get my attorney involved and take them to court!!! Awful experience! I took my corvette here to get new tires put on. I supplied them with special lift pieces to avoid damage to the bottom of my car when it is lifted. They did Not use these pieces and ended up scratching, chipping, and gouging the rocker panels on both sides of the car. There are literally chunks of the fiber glass body missing. They claim the damage was already there yet I had looked under the car before taking it in and there was no damage. They claim they took photos once they saw the damage. The problem is the photos are of the car already on the lift in the air with the lug nuts sitting on the lift arm in plain sight- clearly after they already had done some work. Yet the damage is clearly visible even when you just kneel down next to the car - let alone position the lift arms - this damage would've been clearly visible and if I was the worker I would have taken pictures before the car was lifted. This location is a joke and I would avoid it at all costs! Especially if you have a car that you don't want to be damaged. Check out NTB or Goodyear!!
