Auto repair service near Reynoldsburg, OH

2 years of a belt issue with power steering going out from first visit, replaced everything under hood associated with belts, thousands of dollars on daughter's car, 7 invoices with power steering being primary problem, new belts, water pump, alternator, battery, all power steering hoses, with the last thing replaced being the power steering pump! I guess after replacing everything else there wasn't much of a choice but the pump, that was the issue from first visit, through the remaining visits! Mangers refusing to accept any responsibility of making a bad decision.. I could go into much detail but given the forum I'm on I won't.. beware! Will try to pull every dollar possible from your wallet, they did cut one bill in half where the power steering HOSES were replaced. 20 year old daughter picked her car up, I was always the one interacting with manager, she was brought into the problem in front of customers with the manger attacking me and the amount of time he had to spend on the phone.. just a horrible experience from beginning to end, from water pump to power steering pump, btw they replaced the steering pump with a rebuilt one without my knowledge? Opened hood and bright orange sticker! In fairness I called the national customer center and the district manager, who I'd had conversations with in past, was instructed to refund the cost of the power steering pump, nothing else, curious? If the pump had been replaced to begin with, would all the other work been needed? Thousands of my daughters money been spent? But they refunded for the steering pump that was the primary problem to begin with.. I'll never return..

There was an issue with the part failing that we replaced and the good folks at Weber Auto immediately fixed it and took care of it. Cannot recommend these guys more. Always honest and do great work. Feel like family there.

The tow truck driver was polite and on time (Joey). I was even dropped of at the airport to rent a car. Someone from the service department called me promptly the next morning to update me on service of my van. Service was completed that same day. Everyone was polite and I would definitely recommend Broad and James Towing and Service to others.

The business owners are the absolute most generous people. I would recommend them for any issue you have for body work. They pulled my bumper away from my wheel well so we could drive our car home after being in an accident on the interstate. To top it off, the wouldn't take payment for the labor. Wonderful business. This is the best Service Center in Columbus Ohio area. We take all of our cars here and we have also recommended family and friends who now go nowhere but DJ's for car repairs. They are helpful, friendly and HONEST and they stand by their repairs. The prices are fair and they do good work. They also will NOT do more than you need like other shops. Give them a try!!! I was told I needed brakes at Tuffy and was given a quote for a little over $300 I came to The Right Place Automotive because a friend told me they did good work. When I got there they told me I didn't need brakes and they didn't want to do unnecessary work. They said I had a few months before I would need them. Well that was 10 weeks ago and now...I need brakes and I came back and they fixed them for me and it was only $230. I am glad I found this place and will do business again with them in the future

Best / most trustworthy place to take my 2003 Mercedes. Never do more than it needs - never upcharge, always fix it right and less expensive than my dealer. Always call me with options, what is most important to fix, what an wait. They've been in business a long time and most customers are referred by other customers. Also gave me a ride to work one time.

Had my car (Rolls Royce) towed in German Auto works. Was told starter was bad needed to be replaced or repaired. Simple, NO. Sad to say, my Rolls sat in parking lot for almost a month. Made approx. 6 trips to check on progress. Once they lost keys, could not or would not put car in building for security reasons. Summertime sun and heat can destroy leather and walnut interior. They actually could not remove starter. Sound like simple a procedure. After so many excesses, I just towed car back home. Very disappointed.

Car wouldn't start....called james and broad towing company to tow my car to the shop well it was 3AM and the guy who towed my car was not sure if they would let them drop a car off on to the auto shop location that it was so late. The driver said that if he couldn't get there that my car would be delivered first thing in the morning. Car was not delivered until 3PM and not only that but all change including pennies was taken from my car. Called to report and a guy tells me that there lot is secured and they are not responsible. HORRIBLE TOWING COMPANY DON'T GO THERE BEWARE
