Outstanding professional mechanics. Saved me a bunch of money on a used car purchase. The car looked good, but had numerous mechanical issues that were not readily identifiable. But the Pit Stop crew identified the problems to me and advised I stay away from the deal. If not for them I would have purchased the car and ended up spending thousands to fix.

On getting parts, he did not try to sell me extra than what was required and when I was unable to fix, he came out to get the tractor and fully repaired it both in a reasonable time frame and a good price. I will be using him the next time. Henry

It should be ZERO but one star for the poor worker who deals with this. In all my years in the service industry I always keep a keen eye out on how other companies operate when I visit their establishment. To say I was appalled at the behavior that was shown while me being "a potential" customer at Wilkersons last month would be an understatement. I was greeted by a nice lady who was assisting someone on the phone at the same time and was quite busy. I gladly waited as she wrapped up with the customer on the phone all the while still advising me, she would help me asap. All the sudden what I assume is the manager or owner stormed in and gave the lady the evilest look and as he went by started to berate her about me waiting. I was speechless and as I was getting ready to say something he stormed out to the shop area just as fast with lewd profanities for all to hear. I have been to this shop for years, it recently changed management and only went downhill. I took my vehicle in for strut repair, an unrelated transmission gasket repair and an oil change. My main complaint was my car was shaking on acceleration/deceleration. 24 hours after they said my car would be complete and $1600 later, my car is shaking on acceleration, deceleration and idle. They put in the wrong weight of oil but "graciously" changed it again without charging me again. When I communicated my frustration I got an empty apology and an offer for a free oil change in three months. Between the poor communication of when to expect repairs to be completed and the shoddy work, I would recommend people avoid this shop.
