I had been told to seek out Jimmy Celani and His Brother Joe at J and J Used Car Center for a quality detail. Of Course, nearly everyone who refers you to anyone says that "their guy is the best" and all to often they aren't. I was hoping for a good job on my Dodge Ram Crew Cab, because it was in need of an extreme detail. I was considering trading it in so I wanted to get it looking good. Instead what was given to me when I came to pick it up, could not have been my truck! Really, it looked as if it was nearly new. The job they did was so good that it actually appears as though it was cared for by an obsessive owner instead of me and the car wash. I mean every piece of metal shines! Under the hood, in the door jams and hinges, the tail gate, the rear panel, under the fender wells of the rear wheels. The interior carpets are clean and spot free, the seats are soft and shiny without the use of armor all and the dash is new again. I never write reviews, even on bad service but these guys really truly deserve a huge thank you and a two thumbs up! I am not joking, the truck has returned to life inside and out and I have decided that I am NOT trading it because I didn't know that there is this much life left in it. Thank you Jimmy and Joe! You saved me money.

I wish I could give this dealer No Stars on this survey I am a shopper and got the worst deal at Kenny Ross Ford from there "sales manager" of the five dealerships I went to. I believe the "sales manager made a example to his sales staff how to handle a informed shopper to make you feel you no nothing about what your car is worth. Shopping at Kenny Ross Ford was a total waste of 2 hours of my time. I bought a new ford at another dealer in Westmoreland County for $2000.00 less at another dealer. They are still living in the past when car dealers screwed there customers on price. Go to another dealer in the area that are honest. I cannot believe how badly I was treated. You will save money and not be lied to. Hope this review saves you the waste of your time.

We had to file consumer complaints with the Pennsylvania Attorney General and Better Business Bureau of Western Pennsyvania. We are poised to file a Small Claims suit against Rick Wilson as well. Do not place any trust in this man. We are regretting buying a vehicle from him, as was the gentleman that had dropped by to complain about his Jeep purchase while we were there. We should have walked out when that customer voiced his grievance. Let all Buyers beware. You have been duly warned. Rick Wilson is not an honest person and does not back his vehicles.
