Purchased a 2002 Mercury Mountaineer in the Summer of 2011.The vehicle had numerous issues that the seller failed to notify me about. There were many poor and unsatisfactory repairs done on this vehicle. Some of the more prominent were: -There was no emergency brake. Just a pedal attached to nothing. -The coil springs on all four sides were damaged and needed to be replaced entirely. -The windows were poorly repaired. -Copious amounts of glue was used instead of rivets or other more acceptable forms of repair. I would not recommend buying from this group at all. They are morally hazardous and have very low standards of repair. Please stay away!

My dad and I bought a used car for my daughter to go to school in the summer of 2012.(Aug 2012) We were treated very nice and even got a discount because we were short of money when everything (taxes)where added on, so Ron came down on the price of the car so it was possible for us to buy the car. We have had it for a year and the only thing we had to do was to replace an A/C belt. This tell me Ron sell a very nice used car and back it up with a 30 day Guarantee. Both Ron and his daughter were very nice to us, so I would buy another car from him, and by the way this is the first time we were every at Martin Motor. Chuck Nestor, Baden, Pa.

I bought a vehicle a couple of months ago from Garzony's and was pleased initially. Recently the brake on the car were making a lot of noise so I took it a friend of the families. He informed me that the brakes and rotors were completely shot and would no way pass an inspection. He also told me there is no way that this could have taken place in the matter of a couple months that I possessed the vehicle. I am appalled that a business would put a customer at risk and compromise ethical standards.

I am a single mother with very little time or money and decided it was time to try and buy a new vehicle. I went to nick chevrolet because they were local and thought I would give them my business. I went there and took my car in for a trade. They only gave me $2500 for my trade and it was about $2000 less than nada was. So I figured I would do the deal as long as I was going to get the new vehicle at a good price. It ends up that once they sold me all the extra warranties and everything else they wanted me to buy, i had to take my whole savings of $7600 and give as a down payment. Once I drove the vehicle home and after around 300 miles the transmission started slipping and making all kinds of noises so I decided to take it back over to them. Once there, I dropped it off and they put it in for service. They called me and said that something inside the transmission had broke and caused the gears inside to get all busted up. I picked the vehicle back up once they called and said it was ready. Once I had it for about 2 days the same thing is still happening. I went back over to tell them, and they told me that this is the way it is supposed to be. Unfortunately they have been lying to me about it. I have been over there at least 5 times to see if they could do something about it to make it right, but they refuse to make it right, and keep giving me the run around.. I now have an attorney to help me at an additional expense and time which I do not have. This dealership does not care once they have the money. I have now contacted the news station as like I said before that I am a single mother just trying to work and survive with the times being very tough like they are. I would certainly go to another dealership as this one just plain sucks....

2-9-12: Hi, I am one of your steady customers: I was very aggravated this morning at 5:30am when I walked in a New kensington A Plus store to get a coffee on the way to work. To find a casual just hanging out in the store (it was totally obvious he wasn't there to buy anything).He was there to entertain the young man that was working the register, who happened to be scratching his own game ticket when I walked in,And while he's busy scratching his ticket, his friend is dancing and mumbling to himself;Meanwhile all the coffee pots are empty except one and there is a line of customers waiting patiently for the young cashier to notice that they're are there. This happens alot in my New kensington at midnight,especially at A Plus and Fueland stores, its something I'm getting sick and if it keeps up, I guess I won't be stopping to get coffee in my own neighborhood at 5:30 in the morning. Reasonable rates and honest. Not trying to rip you off like so many shops. They did a front brake job for me and honestly it is one of the best jobs I've ever had done. Possibly better than I could do myself. Tired of going in for an inspection and them trying to leverage you into $600 to $800 dollar bill? Then I would suggest going to Auto House. They haven't recommended anything that honestly didn't need to be done.

This place is terrible dont ever take your car there. Went to get my o2 sensor fixed and then less than a month later my light comes back on and it's my sensor again. With the warranty I have I took it back to have it fixed and now they are saying my other one is broke now. So they want more money to fix it but the code that is coming up is the same as before they replaced the first one. They think I am dumb but they are just shady and this isn't over yet. By the time I am done they will be out of business!
