Auto repair service near Hellertown, PA

My 2004 Acura RL remains in a local shop with problems with alternator and belts. LVAG had a signed 36 month extended warranty in hand on 3/4/2014 when I bought the car but after a phone call today the salesperson stated it has not been sent to NADA,the warranty company. There is something very wrong here, to take payment for coverage, to have the customer call NADA several times and give ID numbers without a question, and wait over a month and not send in the paper work. LVAG appears to have taken a risk that a claim would not be entered for some time and their first payment and paper work would be stalled. Very poor business practice !!!

I recently took my 2002 Honda Accord to AAMCO of Quakertown with a leaking transmission. The Service was great, the staff was very friendly and knowlegable. My transmission did not need repair at all, they replaced my transmission cooler line, and it is no longer leaking. Thank You AAMCO of Quakertown.

Awful. This guy "fixed" my car FOUR times and it just died again from the same problem. STEER CLEAR!

Bought a car here and only a couple days later started having trouble. The troubles did not end, it was one thing after the other until I finally had enough. Robert who is the owner is a GREAT talker, he talks himself up like nothing I ever seen, but when you have problems with the car and get (rightfully so) angry and frustrated he shuts off the charm and the real him comes out. He forgets you are the customer (maybe because he has your signature and cash already) and he moves quickly onto aggression and tells you to fix it or give it back- how dare you be angry that I Sold you junk! (that is his stance). Very frustrating, I lost a lot of money and I know these places are geared towards people with no credit or bad credit but please do not do it, you think you are in a bad situation now - trust me if you get a lemon like I did you will be in a worse position. Fast talker, Super nice and friendly and full of crap until push comes to shove. His detailing looks nice, I will give them credit for that cause the car was spotless when I got it but for sales he is a HUGE fail in my case. Anyone who can sell a single mother of 3 a car and take over 3k between down payment, monthly payments and repairs and not even give them back one dollar after nothing but hassle and problems is not a good person. Actions speak louder then words and I hope no one else finds out like I did. He covered his butt coming and going with all the papers I signed saying he had a right to keep all money but had I found one bad review on him I would not have shopped there, so I am hoping that some one else can learn from my mistakes and take heed to this review and run

I had a very rude experience with Russ the owner. Charged for repairs that were never done to my car. Returned several time for follow ups to the same problems only to receive an annoyed answers from him and no further actions on their part. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!
