This place is reliable, honest, neither slow nor fast, and is economical. It is best to call them during working hours, describe the issue(s), and set an appointment for drop off. They allow you to drop the keys through a mail slot and leave your car if dropping off before they open. They call you if there are issues and when the auto is ready for pick up. They offer great services, at good prices, give decent estimates, and communicate any issues during the process. The only drawback is that Tom is kind of a curmudgeon. He is a very honest and trustworthy person, but is grumpy nine times out of ten. My wife and I have been going to Stephanou's for about seven years or so. They are awesome.

On November 27th, 2012, I stopped at Whitaker gas station at 300 s. Easton rd, Glenside Pa, and pumped gas into my car and started on my way. I did'nt get very far because the gas that I pumped and later found out that other drivers pumped contained a black oily substance which rendered my vehicle inoperable. I had to be towed to my home and from there I was towed to my car dealer the next day leaving me with a car repair bill for approx. $700.00. I having been trying every since to be reimbursed for the money I had to pay out of my pocket. The gas station said they are not responsible. I was given a name to who is suppose to be responsible.
