I must say that the folks at Meiser's go above and beyond in the areas of customer service, and quality work. We came to The Reading/Topton area of Eastern Pennsylvania to visit family in the nursing home in Topton. We needed to get a family car inspected, but only had Friday to do this (we live in Ohio, and needed to return on Sunday). During the inspection, it was discovered that the car had a bad shock absorber. We were in a bind, as the area dealership could not get the car in on Friday afternoon to fix the issue. I called Meiser's to see if they could get the shocks in, and install them on the car. They called to make sure they could get the parts, and were able to get the car in to install them on Friday afternoon. One of the employees even loaned us a car so we could visit with family at the nursing home while our car was being worked on. This was MORE than over and above the call of duty, and gave us additional time with family that we would have missed out on but for her kindness. We would recommend Meiser's to anyone looking for quality auto work, and excellent customer service!

My wife bought a used corvette from this dealer and he was a very nice guy but.... we saw an ad he had in a auto magazine with this car and it was suppose to come with 2 tops and we only got one. We called him and asked him about the second top and he said he would get back to us about the second top and also about the stereo not working in the car and its been months with no reply.Sorry but now you lost our repeat business because there is no follow through after the sale and word of mouth is not good for anyone doing business to the public.

Excellent work! These guys know their way around any year/type volkswagen. I will always bring my car by no matter what the issue. The Pricing is fair and the exact to the labor. THE ONLY ISSUE I have with them is that the time it takes to get your car back can vary. Due to their impeccable knowledge they are constantly working on a new project. But don't dismay you will not be disappointed when your vehicle is done. Remember this is a VOLKSWAGEN, AUDI shop. not a Pepboys. if you want fast/cheap labor go to a commercial mechanic. small home town auto repair. honest ,dependable, reasonably priced. Actually he is usually less than what the big shops charge. The yard may be a bit messy but the guy behind the wrench is honest friendly and dependable. KNow him for like 20 years. Had many of our vehicles repaired there thru the years. He also has a real love for classic cars and often can find parts that are hard to find.

I called and they took my car quickly and did a great job on repairs. I was especially pleased when they told me my options. One fog light didnt work and they told me it may be better or lower cost if I have them disconnected since I never used them and they interfered with the inspection. also the price was reasonable and that is nice for a Volvo. I will take all my mechanic needs to this shop. the people are very nice.
