I recommend this company for my friends. Now this company has new owner. He did excellent service and high quality job on car painting. I feel the former owner did not do good job but the new owner did excellent job. My car was repaired 11 years ago. The paint starts peeling off. The paint is life time warranty. The owner was changed meanwhile, so I was not expecting to get the job done. New owner, Wade, is so kind to take the paint job and did finish beautifully. He did not charge any, even it is not his responsibility. I really appreciate for his kindness. Also he gave me a ride when I dropped my car off, and delivered my car to the place I needed. I recently purchased a Jeep Commander Limited from providence Autos in Quarryville, Pa and I must state it was one of the best experiences I have ever had dealing with an automobile dealership. I had spent 5 weeks searching across the country for a Jeep Commander Limited that met all my criteria regarding color inside and out as well as options and price. Many times I found a Jeep and then checked the reviews regarding the dealer selling it. Many times the dealer’s credentials came up short. Then I came across a Jeep that met most of criteria at Providence Autos. I worked with a sales consultant named Cody Eberly. I was amazed at the forthrightness, friendliness, and honesty Cody displayed to me while we worked out the details of purchasing this auto (keeping in mind I was 3 states away). The attention to detail and the willingness to work with me were exemplary. If anyone wants to a fantastic experience purchasing a automobile look no further than Providence Autos. You won’t be disappointed.

I purchased a minivan from them last April. They told me the van was running great with no issues at all. The van then within days of buying it had horrible issues. I got my mechanic to look at it and it found out that it had a severely bad transmission among other issues. I called the week right after I got it and they told me they'd get back to me and have a look at it and wouldn't sell me a bad car. They never got back to me and they ignored my phone calls ever since and hang up when I try to call from other numbers. I had to junk the van because it broke down and tranny went bad when I hadn't even had it one month. Just horrible situation to be put in due to dishonesty.

Brought car in for annual state inspection and whatever else it might need, including an oil and filter change. That turned out to also include replacing the spark plugs and also flushing the power steering fluid, all items that used to be simple but now add up to $700 on my little 335xi. Oh well, with a long inline 6 hiding the two rear cylinders changing the plugs (necessary every 45k miles) is no picnic I'm sure. It's the price of admission for driving these things. I must add though that keeping up with this stuff is absolutely necessary to keep a Bimmer running like, well, a Bimmer. I swear the car feels like it has 50 more HP; it zings up the tach with what is clearly less effort than before and climbs hills with less pedal position, all because of new plugs and an oil change! Or perhaps it's because Steve Snow sprinkles some of that Bimmerworks magic on the car just for taking it there. Whatever, the car runs great and I know I'm taking it to BMW experts without financing some fancy dealership's latest addition. If you drive a Bimmer, and live within 35 miles of this place, you should seriously consider taking it here for service. -Len Dube
