It was late afternoon and it was raining outside, had an important app't to get to. Live just a few blocks away and discovered my tire was almost flat. I popped my head in the door of the service station and asked them if they could put some air in my tire. This very sarcastic young man said, we are really busy, I am going to have to say no! not a good impression when I was considering taking my car there for servicing and it would have been within walking distance. You may have been busy, but how long does it take to put air in someone's tire. Luckily I made it to a place down the street and they were more than happy to help me. Learn some manners young man! I recently purchased a used car from these guys and I have NO complaints, But 905 states the cars are used, 2nd they state warranty or NO warranty, if you don't know shit about cars go buy new or take someone along that does know. Drive it for more than 5 mins. Look it over, did a kid own it or was it owned by a adult,{ who probably took some kind of care of it}. Stupidity is no excuse! Suck it up and move on, the car I purchased needed a $5 fix,,,,a 3/8 in. hose and 2 clamps,if not fixed it could of ruined the engine.But this is why you look your car over every day, watch for leaks! Yes it came with NO Warranty, But I don't have a loan payment,that makes me freakin Happy !! So stop smoking the crack and start wiping your own ass. They never lied the cars are USED ! Some more than others! The only creeps are the ones slithering off the street with sob stories.

Dishonest people, rated the car at 4.8 out of 5.0, no any damages noted, but vehicle had cracked windshield and visible underneath damage - tie rod bent and paintwork was done on a front bumper. Would not recommend unless you inspect vehicle yourself before paying for it.

Awful car repair shop! DON'T GO! Went to get my car inspected and oil changed and ended up costing $127! Charged me for the 19.99 advertised for the and then an additional $15 for 'Parts/supplies' such as dirty rags and towels. My emissions did not pass but the shop continued to do my safety check without asking me(I was at the shop the entire time) and charged me for both. The emissions did not pass because I had a engine safety light on and they charged me $30 to read the codes. They told me that I had to get my oxygen sensor replaced, the part costing a whopping $238(which I did not agree to). When I took my car to another shop to check the issue, the shop(the trusted one I go to back home) told me that it was not my oxygen sensor at all but was the thermostat for the car engine popped out. I told Meineke what happened, and they refused to give me even a partial refund, even though they admitted that their computer was at fault. AWFUL service AWFUL people, a bunch of liars!

Great place Jim and Jody hooked us up on a friday while driving to a campground and our check engine light came on. Did a google search and found them. It was a o2 sensor that came up on the computer. Got replaced in a half and hour and we were on our way. 9 months later still no light and the truck gets better gas mileage. We price checked with the dealership and it was half the price than what they wanted. This garage is mechanicsburg's best keep secret. I take all of our cars there now. Terrific service at a fair price and friendly

I find the first person who commented on this site to be quite a strange analysis considering I have looked at many of the sites to inquire whether or not to take my car to this establishment. NO other person who did a customer satisfaction rating said anything but great things about this company. To call them crooks is a ridiculous and unmerited statement, to say the least. They have been so kind and honest with every repair that I have had there. Just ask the customers in the waiting room. They treat everyone like family. If you had so much confidence in your BMW mechanic than why did you not take it there? For anyone who wants an honest garage with HONEST mechanics skip over the first comment and read all of the others, then decide for yourself who you would agree with. I say all of the five stars out rate the one star. Give them a try.

Great experience, fast, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Repaired my check engine light on my vehicle for half the price the dealership wanted. I will be recommending Automotive Masters to all my friends and neighbors!

I financed a 2007 Dodge Caliber for a total with finance fees, tags and taxes of $12,729.70 on 06/14/2015. Since the date of purchase the vehicle has been in the shop 4 different times within 30 days for repairs. I have kept a list of service records to show. The second time my car had to come back into their shop, I was taken to Hertz rental car by one of their employees who at the time stated to me that the Caliber should have never been sold in the condition it was in and he told them that. Since I figured Ticket to Ride (The Finance Store aka Ticket To Ride) was putting me in a rental car so that I could still commute to work I assumed they were trying to rectify the situation only to find out upon returning the rental car that they were also making me financially responsible for that. During the time I had the rental car I was pulled over by Lancaster City and Manheim Township Police who stated the rental car was reported stolen, fortunate enough it turned out to be a mistake on the part of Hertz rental car and due to the bad experience Hertz decided to not charge me for the rental car. Since this incident my car has gone back to the shop 3 additional times. I have been able to drive the car maybe 15 days out of the time I have had the car and paid $1600 as a down payment and $195 bi weekly in a car payment. After communicating my concerns about the vehicle I asked the company to rectify the situation by putting me in a dependable, mechanically sound vehicle or nullify the sale altogether. They declined to put me in another vehicle but agreed that I could return the car with no financial obligation/or credit reporting and get my deposit back but it would have to be done in 24 to 48 hours of our conversation. Our conversation took place Thursday August 6, 2015 and I returned the vehicle Friday August 7, 2015. Since then they have refused to refund my $1600 deposit the loan still shows on my credit as an open loan. I am at a loss of what to do since I was clearly taken advantage of.
