Stay away from this place, the owner doesn't value customers! A/C condenser was replaced in this shop, for some reason too much refrigerant was added to the system and it stopped cooling the next day. The owned looked at the issue himself and offered me to buy a new condenser and start everything from the beginning. I went to the other place to check for the issue and they told me that the condenser is fine but the system is over charged and refilled the system. The owner of Gold Hill Automotive didn't want to recognize his mistake and refused to compensate even a part of expenses I had to fix the issue. According to him the refill of the system including a refrigerant was done for free so there is nothing to compensate! Be careful how a bill is written, don't trust this guy and stay away from this place!

I bought a car that supposedly had a new motor put in and was in working order. Less than 24 hours I was stuck on the side of the road there was a hose loose as well as a rod knocking and metal pieces in my oil. This information came from a very reputable mechanic in my area. NEVER trust these people. When I called to tell the "president" of this business what happened she was very rude and hung up on me. Now I am stuck replacing a motor that was supposed to be in working order to begin with.

I have been going to Figs Automotive for a few years now and they have never let me down. Professional and down to earth people always willing to help and answer questions. I will continue to be a patron tp their services. High five on the new inspection station. What a convenience.

This is the only place I have ever taken my vehicle. I trust them to do the repairs and they always call me and tell me how much before doing the job. I was having an issue with my vehicle last week so I called Dale and he said stop by after I get off work. So I got there about 5:00 ,they close at 6:00. Mark was the person that looked at my vehicle and tells David, the owner, what the problem was and that it was going to take about an hour and half to fix. Knowing that I needed my vehicle and had no other way to travel. David, Mark, and Dale all agreed to stay and get my vehicle running again. Now the other problem, getting the part. David takes off in his own vehicle and gets the part that was needed while Mark takes out the old part. David gets back, Mark does his magic and my vehicle is ready. Now we are talking almost 7:00 and I was so happy I hugged each one of them. I was so thrilled that they would do this for me. This proves not all car repair buisnesse's will try to take advantage of women.You guys are the best!!!!!!

I honestly wish I could give 10 stars. I have been a customer over the past 3years. I'm now taking a second car to them for maintenance and repairs. Everyone here is friendly and available to answer any and all questions. They don't try to sell you unnecessary work. Prices are fair too. Who could ask for anything more? The guys that work over here are committed to excellence. They also have a ethical and moral Value system that is hard to find in an auto mechanic workplace. They are upfront and honest with their pricing and labor, And make sure you were safe with the best parts at the lowest price. I will not take my car anywhere else . They have also stayed past clothes just to accommodate. Adam, The manager is top notch. It is evident that he trains his employees to be as such as well. Highly recommended!

Wrong information posted in regards to this location. There is no auto repair at this location & has not had for the past 10 yrs. It is now a 7 eleven at this location.

Always has my car fixed and back to me the same day. Affordable. Trustworthy for women and elderly.They are the only people I trust with my repair work. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My two sisters also use Nick with satisfaction.
