The fact that you found the actual problem when a service station could not and you got me on your schedule very quickly should be plenty to give you a great recommendation. As they say on TV ads - but wait! There's more!! Your prices were more than competitive and the work was done as promised on time and an exact cost match to the quote. Had and issue with my M5 that even the Hendrick Dealer couldn't figure out. Searched the web and found BCH Imports and figured I would try them out. They not only found and fixed my problem, they showed and explained everything in detail and communicated via email and texting which means everything to me since I am very busy and can't get away from work very often. They have earned my business and plan on returning soon to get some "custom coding" done for my lights and windows. I encourage anyone who has a BMW to visit these guys first.

5/31/15...Never make the mistake of going to this location for service! We called looking for tires and was told they had them in stock so we drove an hour to get to this store location and sat there waiting for 3 hours when we were told that they actually did not have the tires in stock, even though the computer was saying they did, and was never given the opportunity to order them. They tried to sell us a lesser tire for the same price. So, we chose another tire and after checking the stock, once again was told it was not in stock, even though the computer said it was. They had already put our car on the rack and taken our old tires off, so we had to sit there waiting for them to put our old tires back on. After about 3 1/2 hours we left with NO new tires and still had to drive an hour to get back home. NEVER AGAIN will this store get any business from us!!!!!!

I had a transmission replacement, the transmission is leaking fluid constantly. The service crew was unable to fix it. I have to jam the gear shift into park or the truck will roll off. They adjusted my carburetor and now my plugs are fowling out. They did a good job replacing the headers and exhaust pipes.

This man Timmy Kerns is a total scam. I gave this man $2500 for a truck he was working on. He gave me a receipt and when I returned for the truck he had relocated. He will not answer my calls or text. Can somebody please help me located this man or company. My number is 980 422 8758

If I could give them less then ... 1 STAR .... I would !!! In July 2015 I had Hendrick Porsche perform a PPI (Pre Purchase Inspection) of a used Porsche 911 I was buying in Charlotte. I reside in Florida and I trusted their expertise (in this case lack of...) in assessing the car's condition and I made my purchasing decision partially based on the information they provided. Unfortunately after I bought the car I realized how INCOMPLETE, SUPERFICIAL and UNPROFESSIONAL their inspection was. They reported problems that did not exist and missed critical information about the engine and other flaws even a blind person could see. Their job was a total failure and they did not do what they were paid for. I wrote and called without a response. I also reported the issue to Porsche of North America. I WOULD NOT HAVE HENDRICK PORSCHE FIX A BICYCLE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM.

If you want be frustrated, waist your money and time - it's exactly right!!!

The worst experience of my life. The company kept charging me diagnostic fees for the same problem that never got fix. I would not recommend coming here ever again
