I have been going to Figs Automotive for a few years now and they have never let me down. Professional and down to earth people always willing to help and answer questions. I will continue to be a patron tp their services. High five on the new inspection station. What a convenience.

This is the only place I have ever taken my vehicle. I trust them to do the repairs and they always call me and tell me how much before doing the job. I was having an issue with my vehicle last week so I called Dale and he said stop by after I get off work. So I got there about 5:00 ,they close at 6:00. Mark was the person that looked at my vehicle and tells David, the owner, what the problem was and that it was going to take about an hour and half to fix. Knowing that I needed my vehicle and had no other way to travel. David, Mark, and Dale all agreed to stay and get my vehicle running again. Now the other problem, getting the part. David takes off in his own vehicle and gets the part that was needed while Mark takes out the old part. David gets back, Mark does his magic and my vehicle is ready. Now we are talking almost 7:00 and I was so happy I hugged each one of them. I was so thrilled that they would do this for me. This proves not all car repair buisnesse's will try to take advantage of women.You guys are the best!!!!!!

I honestly wish I could give 10 stars. I have been a customer over the past 3years. I'm now taking a second car to them for maintenance and repairs. Everyone here is friendly and available to answer any and all questions. They don't try to sell you unnecessary work. Prices are fair too. Who could ask for anything more? The guys that work over here are committed to excellence. They also have a ethical and moral Value system that is hard to find in an auto mechanic workplace. They are upfront and honest with their pricing and labor, And make sure you were safe with the best parts at the lowest price. I will not take my car anywhere else . They have also stayed past clothes just to accommodate. Adam, The manager is top notch. It is evident that he trains his employees to be as such as well. Highly recommended!

Wrong information posted in regards to this location. There is no auto repair at this location & has not had for the past 10 yrs. It is now a 7 eleven at this location.

Always has my car fixed and back to me the same day. Affordable. Trustworthy for women and elderly.They are the only people I trust with my repair work. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My two sisters also use Nick with satisfaction.

5/31/15...Never make the mistake of going to this location for service! We called looking for tires and was told they had them in stock so we drove an hour to get to this store location and sat there waiting for 3 hours when we were told that they actually did not have the tires in stock, even though the computer was saying they did, and was never given the opportunity to order them. They tried to sell us a lesser tire for the same price. So, we chose another tire and after checking the stock, once again was told it was not in stock, even though the computer said it was. They had already put our car on the rack and taken our old tires off, so we had to sit there waiting for them to put our old tires back on. After about 3 1/2 hours we left with NO new tires and still had to drive an hour to get back home. NEVER AGAIN will this store get any business from us!!!!!!

I had a transmission replacement, the transmission is leaking fluid constantly. The service crew was unable to fix it. I have to jam the gear shift into park or the truck will roll off. They adjusted my carburetor and now my plugs are fowling out. They did a good job replacing the headers and exhaust pipes.

If you want be frustrated, waist your money and time - it's exactly right!!!

If I could give them less then ... 1 STAR .... I would !!! In July 2015 I had Hendrick Porsche perform a PPI (Pre Purchase Inspection) of a used Porsche 911 I was buying in Charlotte. I reside in Florida and I trusted their expertise (in this case lack of...) in assessing the car's condition and I made my purchasing decision partially based on the information they provided. Unfortunately after I bought the car I realized how INCOMPLETE, SUPERFICIAL and UNPROFESSIONAL their inspection was. They reported problems that did not exist and missed critical information about the engine and other flaws even a blind person could see. Their job was a total failure and they did not do what they were paid for. I wrote and called without a response. I also reported the issue to Porsche of North America. I WOULD NOT HAVE HENDRICK PORSCHE FIX A BICYCLE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM.

The worst experience of my life. The company kept charging me diagnostic fees for the same problem that never got fix. I would not recommend coming here ever again

This man Timmy Kerns is a total scam. I gave this man $2500 for a truck he was working on. He gave me a receipt and when I returned for the truck he had relocated. He will not answer my calls or text. Can somebody please help me located this man or company. My number is 980 422 8758
