Auto repair service near Gallatin, TN

Took my truck, a 2008 F150 to Car Maintenance and Performance earlier this year. Craig and the gang took care of us and our vehicle. I had my yearly oil change as well as a transmission service and tire rotation. While the shop is 50 miles from me this is the only place I will take my vehicles.

Well car was supposed to be done last week. It's Tuesday the following week and still not done. Apparently did not even start on it until 5 days after the parts where in! They won't even pick up the phone, so mystery time and day to when I actually get my car back. Also tried to charge me over three times what I could get the parts for. So basically had to order my own parts, drop them off, so they could get it done two weeks later. It's been one headache after another. Finally get a hold of them and they are mad at me for checking on it. They are also saying they have no idea when its going to be done. Seriously? Save yourself a lot of time and frustration.

Love this place. Brought my car to them after it broke down and they couldn't find the problem with my car. They didn't charge me for it. I brought them rice crispies for at least trying though. Thank you again guys! Heather J. Hermitage, TN

Great car buying experience. Bryan was very helpful and nice. I first called about the car Bryan was very informative. open and Honest. told me to swing by to test drive it so i did. When i got there i started asking about price and warranty and ect.. He said first my main thing is that you love the car and this is the car for you go take it for a drive and come back if you love it we will sit down and talk about it. Which how often do you hear that? Anyway long story short Great car buying experience Helpful and caring. They even stayed open late so i could come back and pick my car up and sign paper work. i will be referring Friends and family to this place for sure.

I stopped for gasoline this afternoon and the attendant was very rude. I was not familiar with their policies and pulled into the wrong lane ... when I asked about pumping for myself the attendant made a smart remark telling me I should have used another pump. I moved my vehicle and went to the other pump but it did not work correctly. He was very antagonistic and stated that I was just like all the other idiots who couldn't do anything right. He proceeded to tell me that I had done certain things and when I corrected him he became ever more abrasive. I stated that he was rude and he came back at me saying that I came there looking for something wrong. I asked if he was the owner and he would not reply ... Passengers in my car stated that he went behind the pump and made faces .. they also said that he had words with another customer who left appearing very disturbed. The price for gasoline was very good compared to the stations near my home but I was very taken aback by the attitude and abrasiveness of the attendant.
