I went to the Dodge store in Lexington, Tennessee and put my bank card in and got 20.00 dollars of gas and the store froze my bank acc. I talk to the manger (Roman) and he told me it was my acc. no one else had be done this way but I already had five people tell me this has happen to them, so I asked him why he was telling me lies and he got mad and started talking bad to me and called me names, then I called the company and they told me the problem. I would like to know why Roman didn't tell me this and why he blamed me for the problem and also blamed the bank (First Bank) when it was the company problem. I think the manger (Roman) needs to say he is sorry for his treatment of his customers and he needs to say he is sorry for blaming First Bank.

Sardis Auto Repair replaced the fuel pump in my Chevy Cavalier and had it done really quick. I was expecting the repair cost to be much higher than it was, I was very pleased with the whole experience. The shop owner, Jim Ridley, is the most honest mechanic I've ever met! They treat their customers like family!

Everytime I come here, the people go above and beyond to help. They are honest and hard working. I would be willing to wait however long I needed to as long as they would work on my car. Services at Jackson Auto Repair formerly Luxury Auto Service are expensive but the convenience of having a repair facility in town justifies using them for out of warranty service. They have on all occasions correctly diagnosed the issues with my vehicle and provided an affective repair. I will continue to use them for my import car needs.

They will happily sell you a car at a "great deal," but THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR USED CARS!! We bought a used Hyundai from them that we test drove twice, never catching anything wrong with it, so we bought it. LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER, whenever we turn the blinker on, the head/dash lights flashed obnoxiously! I took it straight to Alan Vines Hyundai (because I totally distrusted Gwatney at this point). Alan Vines found the electrical problem, and, in addition, found the ENTIRE bottom half of the engine compartment was SATURATED in oil!! This was going to cost us ~$1000 to fix both problems! I went to Gwatney to see if they would be willing to pay for it. He gave me $200 for the electrical problem but refused to pay for the oil leak that had CLEARLY been going on for months!! Gwatney stated their service techs never saw it, so it "wasn't there" and quickly slammed Alan Vines for trying to rip me off. I went back to Alan Vines and they let me take pictures, proving how bad the oil leak was. After showing pictures to Gwatney, he agreed it had to have been leaking for a while, but still said the same thing "our service techs didn't see it, so it 'wasn't there.'" My recommendation is to NOT do business with Gwatney EVER, but if you do, and least have your used car inspected by a neutral 3rd party BEFORE YOU BUY! And check out Alan Vines: those guys are awesome and HONEST!!
