This business is Horrible !!!Horrible!!! The owner is a bad business man not professional at all!! He does not know how to speak to people and he lied about scratching my vehicle while in his possession! Drove my 2006 RR HSE in with 2 issues thought it was fixed when they called me to pick it up on a Friday 9/17/202 at closing time and found I had 3 new issues that I did not have b4. 3 of my windows did not roll down , screws missing under my hood that were there b4 . A scratch on my vehicle that was not there when i brought it in for a coolant leak . drove it home and it started beeping and flashing check coolant levels. Got home and there was no coolant in the Reservoir Omg this place is not a place i would recommend to nobody. Be warned DO NOT TAKE YOUR PREVIOUS VEHiCLE TO EURO OF MEMPHIS LOCATED AT 2699 broad ave memphis tn 38112. I too read the reviews and thought i wld give them a chance and i hated that i did. Also had to bring it back 9/20/2021 to fix those issues but not the scratch they put on it and they didn't even wash my truck after spending over $2600???????? Very Very disappoi!!nted consumer

I have been a customer there for quite some time. I will not take my cars anywhere else. The head mechanic, Tim, is awesome! He is very honest and does quality work. He has a great attitude and knows his stuff. Their prices are quite affordable also,. I will continue to do business there and recommend this place to all!

Service was absolutely wonderful and the Honda doesn't sound like the wheel is going to fall off. The staff was friendly and so professional. We trust Cole's and know they stand behind their work always!!!

They where a little slow to start the report process, but they provided excellent customer service with a great rate for my repairs. I'm still driving my 2002 Mercedes Benz CLK 430 without any further problems. They also made me aware of other problems and repair them at a lower cost than quoted by other repair shops.

Easy to deal with, always fair prices and honest recommendations. Right next to Commercial Appeal, which is perfect for me.

I have been a customer of the "original" Raleigh Tire store (In the Raleigh part of Memphis, TN) for the past 30 years. I have bought all of my tires and had most of my repair work done there. Just recently, I had some major brake repair done there. After paying and going home, they called me and said, "We over-charged you $135 for that work. Please come back, and we'll give you a refund." I have had several repairs by lowery automotive. They are honest and have very fair prices and good at what they do. I understand it's hard to find a smaller shop that's good and you can trust so you do like I did in past and take to big garage and pay big prices! I can tell you I have found that shop you can trust and I will only use lowery automotive.

American Car Center knows how to treat a lady!! 2 years ago I was in need of a car that I could depend on. After seeing a commerical on TV about American Car Center, I decided to stop in to the center on Covington Pike. There, I met a wonderful salesperson named Ben Stewart that made my purchase of a reliable car a pleasant experience from start to finish. Chuck Hutton Toyota - We are on a long family road trip, and our check engine and VSC track off lights came on. This same situation happened before when we were in California. The diagnostic code indicates a problem with the camshaft. California and Arizona dealers told us we would likely have to replace the can shaft and charged us $800 to take the car apart only to find nothing wrong. One year later, this same issue happened again. Chuck Hutton Toyota took a much more practical approach. The mechanic ran the diagnostic and got the same code. He then listened to the car and inspected it. The mechanic talked to us directly. He recommended we continue on our way as it was likely just a sensor issue again. He didn't hear or see anything funny. He reset the lights and then told us what to do if it came on again. We left with a print out of the code and a diagnostic reading of the car. They didn't charge us a cent! We are so appreciative of the service provided at Chuck Hutton Toyota.

The guys at the shop did great work. Was able to run exhaust the day I called to make an appointment. The exhaust tips were positioned out the corners exactly as I requested. Good price and very happy overall.

I went in to see these guys (and gals) regarding a used vehicle I had purchased and they did a Fantastic job!!! You could not ask for more professional and friendly service that know EXACTLY what they are doing!! I would not take my car to anyone else!!!

I visited this establishment on 07/19/16 for issues with my TPMS light. My light had been on for 2 months and I informed the gentlemen at the front desk that I was having issues with the light remaining on despite continuous efforts at putting air in all four tires. He asked me which one it was and I informed him that I wasn't sure. There was instantly a look of discontent across his face. Now, mind you, the business states on it's website that they close at 6:00pm during the week. I got off work at 4:30pm and got there at 4:55pm, hoping to get my tires examined to see what the problem was. The maintenance shouldn't be very long for this type of problem, I thought, and they didn't appear busy at all. I was told to pull my car up to the second bay to have one of the mechanics look at my tires and all he did was put air in my tires. No time whatsoever was taken to actually see if I had a slow leak, nail, etc. I had already told them that putting air in my tires hadn't fixed the issue. They wanted to get me in and out because it was too close to closing time I assume. After the mechanic finished putting air in my tires, he told me that all my tires were sufficiently inflated except for the right rear which, before he put air in it, had a significant lower tire pressure than the rest. To me, that would signal that maybe you should actually EXAMINE the tire to find out why the pressure is so much lower than the rest of the tires. That action wasn't taken and I rode home with my issue unresolved. I then made an appointment for the next day to take my vehicle to a Honda dealership where they took the time to look at my tires and found a nail in my right rear tire! And guess what, the maintenance time didn't take long at all! I am thoroughly disgusted with Grimes on Hacks Cross and will never do business with them again. I will definitely recommend not to take your car here for any maintenance purposes.

WHEN JEFF AND POWER HOUSE MOTORS WORKED ON MY TRUCK TO REPLACE MY RADIATOR THEY WERE UNABLE TO RECONNECT THE LOWER TRANSMISSION LINE CORRECTLY SO THEY PUT A RUBBER HOSE IN LINE WHICH BALLOONED AND FAILED LOOSING ENOUGH OF MY FLUID TO BURN UP MY TRANSMISSION . THIS IS NOT THE ONLY WORK HE AND HIS SHOP DID TO MY TRUCK ON THE ONE AND ONLY TIME I USED HIS SERVICE .I SPENT $1900 WITH JEFF AND WISH I HAD NEVER MET HIM .IT IS MY OPINION THAT POWER HOUSE MOTORS ON HOLLYWOOD IN MEMPHIS TN NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND I WILL EXCERSISE MY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER .

Not a business AT ALL more of a trap house. It smells of weed and full of thugs just hanging out. Mechanics are very rude and the thuggish owner doesn’t seem to comprehend or maybe was high. I definitely won’t be going back and i encourage everyone else not to go either. Very poor work ethics

I took my crown Victoria here and it was the worst experience of my life. My car was stolen from the lot. The owner accused me of stealing my own car and after that he dodged my calls and my car was never paid for or recovered. It was a loss and at the time I didn't have the money or time to take him to court. I hope Karma takes care of him and his bad business practices
