I also bought a car through this dealership if you want to call it that. I had my car a little over a month and started have trouble out of the transmission. They told me they could fix it but they would add the parts and labor onto my balance. No thanks cause they are most likely the ones that screwed the car up to begin with. Not long after that I found out the car had been wrecked pretty bad and still had internal damage and none of this was ever disclosed or I would have never purchased this car and they knew this. I had it all paid off except 500 bucks and got one payment behind and they were going to come get it. I was like over my dead body lol. So I then borrowed the money to pay the car off early ( balance paid in full early ) and they were pissed. They handed me my title and walked away. They thought they were gonna get this pile of junk back and sell it to someone else for the same price I paid. Sorry sweetie not this time lol. They have nice looking cars but they are patched up junk and their customer service is really bad. Please dont deal with this place, if you do you will have lots of regrets I can promise you this sad to say. :-(

Dwayne Cole 20 mins · Hey friends---I need your help--please share this with your friends and ask your friends to share it with their friends- I thought this guy was a up beat person but he's nothing but a lier and a crook and a thief --- I gave him $37,500 for a 1967 Camaro 3 weeks ago he had to do a few things to the car then we would agree he would do and after 3 week's of problems I am going to have to spend about $5000 on this car to get it right he wanted to give me $500 now he doesn't want to give me anything-- said I could bring it to him and he would fix it-- the fix is not a band aid and that is how he fixes things -- he said it was over the country ready to drive- --- he is a slick talker and knows how to trick you- -- he said he would come and get it and fix it but wanted me to drive it 45 miles to him I said it wouldn't make it then he told me more less to take a hike-- if I couldn't get it there it wasn't going to be fixed when I told him I could meet him there he was 3 hours late so I just left now he is trying to blame it on me that I won't let him fix it that he would and after all this I will just eat it-- don't want him to touch it now when I bought it he said at anytime you want your money back all you have to do is say so--well I said so and it didn't happen -- you can read his reviews on the web alot of bad ones-- please warn as many people as you can and share I am not the first person he has screwed and cheated-- he's going to come back and comment this isn't the way it was --but it is,, most of you know me and I have no reason to lie but I will tell you one thing if you ever see this car on here for sale it will be a perfect car for sale I couldn't do that to someone--- Ron's Classic Cars is a crook---buyer beware

Very bad!!, left car for little repairs. I was told by Herman the owner that it would be $1000.00. Ha Ha!! a ripped top, stolen radio, leaking oil, engine will not turn over paint scratched very badly, ripped leather and parts under the hood missing. After all that he charged me $1900.00. After talking to other people i found that this is Herman's way of doing business. So sad to know another human can be this way.

I own a BMW and Mini Cooper. It's great to have a qualified mechanic in town that has the correct tools and knowlege to work on my cars. He will give you the right advice about whether or not you should fix something right away or not. I completely trust Alpine Auto and the owner Arnie has been nothing but honest and upright with me.

These were the NICEST people. I’m a college girl who doesn’t know anything about cars and they were so nice and reassuring. They explained everything to me and even took the time to call my dad and give him the updates since he understood what they were talking about.

A hardy recommendation for outstanding customer service beginning parts manager Tim and Charlie. I'm always confident of having the correct service during advance trip planning with service advisor Lauren and the eagle eyes and knowledge base of service manager Greg and Claude. This team has kept my Z1400 in tip top shape for the least 25,000 miles. Well done to all.

I have never written a review in my life-good or bad. This isn't really a review, but more of a word to the wise. I'm only sharing my experience. You can do with it what you will. I had my 2004 c240 towed here with transmission problems (wasn't shifting). Like you, I did my research beforehand, and decided this was a reputable place, based on reviews I read online. I took a half day off work and paid wrecker $125 to tow my car there. They called me three days later and advised me that my tranny was beyond repair, and the only fix was to rebuild it at the cost of 5k-6k. They also advised that they don't install used parts so my only option with them was to rebuild. (Charged me $350 to tell me this btw) Considering the car isn't worth much more than that, I took another half day off and paid wrecker another tow bill to have my car taken to a different German auto shop within a mile of this place, that would install a used transmission for a fraction of that. Based on what Bavarian diagnosed I had the other shop pre-order a used transmission to have ready to replace bad one-which they did. They called me back the next day and advised me that the tranny wasn't bad at all, it only had bad conductor plate, which they replaced, did an oil change and tune up for 1k. Now In two days, my car is running and shifting as well as it ever did. They didn't charge me a penny for wrongly having them order and ship the used transmission to them(and back)that wasn't needed to start with. This other German auto shop will definitely get any automotive work I need done, from now on-foreign or domestic. A good, honest mechanic is extremely hard to find. I'm not saying don't use Bavarian, I'm only suggesting that if they quote you an expensive repair, take a trip less than a mile down the road, for a second opinion, it very well may save you quite a chunk of money. It sure did me. I even offered to split the cost of their "mis-diagnosis" just to try to recover some of my lost time and wages and keep it fair for everyone. Guess what they said. Believe me it was worth every penny I paid just to find the other German auto shop.
