AVOID THIS DUDE IF HE EVER DOES BUSINESS AGAIN IN THE MECHANIC WORLD!!! This guy was the biggest crook this guy is the worst employer. My husband takes a lot of pride in his work he busts his butt to make customers happy. My husband works in timely manner to get it done right. He yelled at my man for working to fast. I mean to swap a motor is.like 2 days he wanted him to do it in a week or something. He takes peoples cars for JOY RIDES!!!! OMG. He swaps car parts from a good car waiting to get services to a car that needs parts. He holds peoples cars for no reasons. My husband left because that fool screwed him over hundreds on his check at the end of the week. He got tired of his dishonesty and lies and crookedness and not paying him. He quit he told his boss to go to hell. He was sad this is not how my husband does... He loves being upfront and honest and using good parts and he absolutely hates watching others screw customers over thats why he left. Renoldo is the worst employer and the worst so-called mechanic. Hes a thief, a liar, a crook, a bad employer, a pos so called mechanic, dishonest, and just a loser. My spouse saw this with his own two eyes like who does that??? Avoid this Renoldo dude and run away

Awesome place great customer service! Knowledgeable technicians. Reasonable and fair prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else but here to get car repaired.

i lost faith in Overseas Car Care, aka Overseas Service Haus, aka Overseas Service Auto Haus after having my car there for 3 months for a bad fuel pump. had it towed to another shop only to find out that they Overseas had removed about $2000 worth of perfectly good parts and threw them away. They refused to replace them. to give them 1 star makes me sick.

I have been going to 3rd street garage for a little over a year and have had several things fixed on my jeep. One was the steering box in my jeep last year. When I picked up my jeep the airbag light was on. The mechanic told me to just unhook the battery and the light will go away. I did that and the light remained on. I called Melvin and he said bring it in. I also had a leak in my radiator so I went by there . They were suppose to fix the radiator and fix the airbag problem created when they were working on the steering box. I was even told by the mechanic that is was a clock spring that probably broke while working on it. When I picked up the jeep they fixed the radiator and did not fix the light. When I asked about it they told me they they need to order a special tool to see what the problem was but they said if it was the clock spring then its on them, and if its my airbags then its on me. WHAT??? My jeep was fine when I let you work on it and now there is a problem. It should not be anything I have to deal with. I called back to see if they had this "Special Tool" and was told that Melvin would call me back. That has been 5 days ago and I have not heard from anyone.. Also I find out from them that the whole time, including now, that my airbags will not work if I have an accident. I have had my kids in that vehicle quite a bit and never knew this. The place is ran horribly and is very dirty. I am sure they they have done some people right, but the experience I have had with them has been HORRIBLE. The fact is there is probably no special tool and they are just hoping I don't come back. The spring cost over $400 they told me and that's $400 that they should eat, not me. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

My rear brakes were locking up, and Rod knew exactly what the problem was. It is fixed now, and I'll be taking my car back for other needs. These guys do great work, whether your car needs mechanical work or paint and body.

Buyer Beware: We recent bought a 2011 Toyota Camery from Abawa and Sons. This car had 10,000 miles and a clean CARFAX. Abawa represented the car as nearly new and in good shape. Within a week we noticed a noise from the right rear wheel. We took it to the dealer and wound up paying over $1000 for new bearings and a bent rod. It gets worse ... on closer inspection theToyota dealer pointed out that this vehicle had apparently been in a pretty serious accident. The hood was replaced, diver's side door replaced and it had damage in the rear of the vehicle at some point. Abawa aquired this car at auction. The fact that it had no entry in CARFAX indicates to me that it was aquired at auction at a cheap price and then repaired by Abawa's partners in crime who don't report the repairs to CARFAX. When we queried Abawa about this he was evasive but left the impression that this was the case. Clearly you will get burned dealing with Abawa.

Top notch organization. I recently purchased a used Volvo and I needed a mechanic shop that I could trust. I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill. They were more than fair on the pricing. All the way around, this was a great experience. Suzy Mullins

It's not really that parts for an old E-55 AMG only come from Germany and are obviously gold plated. Everything else would be a 6 Star if it was a available.

12/2/12 "service date"- Rude customer service. Kevin helped me when I walked in to get a diagnostic code on my car and said I would have to wait since there were customers behind me which was fine. The thing that bothered me was that we he told me that he answered the phone and took the call and left me standing there. Didnt even offer to try and get someone else to help me or get another associate to take the call so that I would be helped. I had enough, went over to Auto Zone, I got my code in 5 mins and was very helpful.

Did a very poor job. I visited this location for a simple oil change. In order to accomplish this a few screws and a plastic aerodynamic cover must be removed from the underside of the car. They did not put the screws or fasteners back in place and the car made rattling noises as a result. When I took the car back to inform them that pieces were never put back in place and that the oil filter was never changed they pulled it back in. After a few minutes they returned the car to me STILL missing screws and without replacing the oil filter. I once again brought this to their attention and finally they pulled the car in and finished the work (but they lost original parts and replaced them with substandard junk). They also left dirt and oil smears on the inside of my door panel. The bottom line is that if they are incapable of providing a simple oil service, you are taking a serious risk by having them do any other type of work. There is no pride in the work and zero quality control. My suggestion is to visit a dealer for your service needs, they have actual trained technicians and very high standards generally. Most people won't be capable of checking the work like I do, so please just use this warning.

Do not use this company. I paid $220 for a service he did not provide. He supposedly filled my car with freon and I was told it was a little cooler but still warm I had to pay an additional 100 to have freon put in my car and was told it did not have any freon. He lied and no service was provided. This company is a RIP OFF. DO NOT USE THEM
