As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. Southwest car care is amazing... The level of expertise and professionalism plus time efficiency that went into fixing my car and making sure that it was completed correctly and on time was a new experience... The owner (Terry) is straight forward and always fair... I love my mechanic... =)

I am not a person that writes a lot of reviews. In fact, this is the first one I have ever written and I'm 58 years old but I must say I felt an unbelievable desire to share my experience that I had with Swift Auto Care in Royse City, TX. I am not from Texas; in fact I live and work about 250 miles from the Royse City area and was visiting a friend when I found myself 4 hours away from home with deadlines to meet at work the following day and quite frankly at the mercy of an auto repair shop to fix my car as I was in need of immediate service. In a world where it can be extremely difficult to find an honest mechanic at a fair price I have to say I was incredibly happy to find T at Swift Auto Care. Since that time I again found myself in a similar situation when I was in this area and my headlights quit working. I didn't have to think twice about who to call. T; the owner was not only willing to help he refused to let me pay him for this service. Huge thanks to T and the employees at Swift Auto Care for getting me back on the road and home safely. You are truly an asset to this community and a blessing.

By far the best service that I have received. I chose Bill due to the reviews that I saw here ans the fact that he's in Aviation like my husband, so I knew he knows his stuff. He's quick to respond, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Everything that you would ever want in a mechanic. He looked at our car & gave us an initial diagnosis. When our part came in, he was quick to get the work done quickly and most importantly, correctly. We're riding back in cold air again!! AND his prices are reasonable compared to dealerships and franchises. We wont go anywhere else from now on. We have our family mechanic for life. If you need ANYTHING involving AC for your car, do not call anyone else but Bill. He will take GREAT care of you. THANK YOU, BILL!!!

I have had Service There for my Vehicle. I brought in in for the Initial repairs. i had to inturn, bring the Vehicle back for the same issue, mind you there is Warranty on the Work. Now I am back for the Third time and the Auto Mechanic is refusing to re-work it. Again, there is a 2 yr warranty in hand. A warranty is a contract that commits the Auto shop/mechanic, to stand behind the product and service . and He( Daryl) is refusing. I would tell anyone , If a shop provides a warranty, that means that if any thing goes wrong within that time frame the Shop is to honor. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE THERE TO BE WORKED ON . THE RECEPIONist seems very uneducated and RUDE, I was refused the option of speaking to the owner- rather The owner refused to speak with me. I think all of this could have been resolved.

Took my car in to replace both front and rear gaskets for oil leak and replace the rack and pinions. My car on in their shop for 3 days. On the day I picked up the car and drove off, the car made a loud whistle sound, unable to turn my wheels. I manage to drive back to the shop and the owner had to correct the issue. The rack and pinion was leaking power steering fluids all over. part of the rack and pinions was left loose as well. As for the oil leak, my engine is still leaking oil. They did not made the repair to replace the front and rear gaskets but instead charge me for it. To this day which is 3/31/2025, my engine is still leaking oil. I am filing a law suit to recover my money they stole from me. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! If there are a negative -5 Stars they deserve it.

I had a hood repainted on a 2005 Ford Expedition due to lost of the clear coat and paint. Being an older car, I was worried about matching the color, I needed not worry, it's a great match and a professional job. I tell my grandkids, "Look at my new car!" The shop and office were very neat and clean, Holley the customer service rep. was very helpful. Thanks, Darold

I purchased a used 2006 Range Rover from Hamdy the onwer on eBay.I live in FL. Car looked great in photos and listing. Talked to Hamdy he said everything worked great on car, no issues. Purchased car and had LemonSquad inspect it. Hamdy must have paid off the inspector to give me a decent report as none of these obvious flaws were mentioned. Immediately upon delivery by driver that Budget Motors hired I found lots of issues with the car. The engine would not idle, needed full tuneup/throttle body service $1,000. AC compressor was broken, mechanic advised that seller overfilled Freon to try and hide problem $1,800 repair. Brake rotors are severely warped, there was a bolt stuck in the front tire. There was also extensive body damage, deep scratches and scars from minor accidents that he tried to fix with touchup paint. None of this was disclosed to me. Several other issues including blown speakers, glovebox broken, etc. I asked Hamdy in writing to reimburse me for repairs several times over the last 2 weeks before leaving this feedback and he would not even give me the decency of a response. I would not trust these people as far as i can throw a stick. I would be willing to go into more detail to anyone who wants to know about his shady practices of selling cars out of state.
