My cars dash lit up light a Christmas tree. Took it in and was given the bad news. After careful review of the work needing to be done, the staff at Accurate fixed the issues and my cars runs perfect. They went over any beyond to accommodate me, and save me a lot of money. My 2013 GLK 250 Mercedes needed new brakes I first went to Mercedes Benz Sugarland they quoted the repair at $825.00 plus tax for the front only I thought the quote was high I usually use them but after the bad service I kept getting from them I decided to get quotes for other Auto shop that are repeatable with repairing high end vehicles, I checked around for 2 days the prices at most shops were around $150 - $200 less expensive then Mercedes Benz Sugarland Wow! that's a saving but then on Saturday June 27 I called Eurocare because I've heard from an neighbor that they're repeatable and prices are good also. I spoke to Cody he was very knowledgeable about my Mercedes which made me feel very comfortable and he was so nice also the job could be done today! I was so relieved because it has been very difficult to find a shop that prices were good and I was comfortable with them doing the job. They even offered to take me home and pick me back up in a couple hours so I thought wow! its getting better and better. I got my brakes repaired for $469 almost half the price of Mercedes Benz Sugarland and they washed my car and cleaned the inside. Eurocare is a 5 Star Auto repair shop with excellent customer service they went beyond my expectation and the staff was very pleasant to work with. Came to house to evaluate car problem. Was leaking transmission oil. Determine it was only a hose replacement. They are a trustworthy Company. Fixed problem same day. Recommended future items to look at for near future to prevent future problems. Very friendly family.
