I cannot express the gratitude we owe Rick at Rick’s RV Rentals. Of course he provided a great RV for us to rent, but he went far beyond and helped us in a time of great stress and need. He went out of his way to help us, even after delivery by calling and checking in with us to make sure we were okay. I'd give this company 0 stars if I could. The son Josh doesn't run a "normal" business. 0 stars for RELIABILITY and INTEGRITY. They fixed my slide and it went out during the first trip. I called and brought it back. They had the audacity to charge me for parts. It gets worse. Cathy who runs the desk said Josh was doing the work himself. I called when it was supposed to be ready and she said their working on it but Josh had to deliver a unit so it's late. I postponed my trip and finally got it back and it promptly went out again the second time I tried to bring it in. I called Cathy and explained what I was seeing wrong with installation. She said "well we don't know that's the case". I said look I know what missing screws look like and the track is loose. She said "how do we know that's the issue since you admitted it took you 2 days in a campground to get it to release and able to push in. In other words, she was calling me a liar. But the thing that stands out in my mind is her saying "I have to protect my owner"! I never got a call from anyone about this and I'll have to pay another company to fix what I paid Anything Rv to repair twice. Horrible work but worse to have to deal with their well practiced run around.

My service visit with David's Auto Collision was great! Muriel and Victor really took care of me, both of them really made my visit pleasant. Muriel and Victor was very polite and professional and displayed great customer service overall and did an outstanding job with repairing the leather on my driver seat and console. The dealership wanted to charge me over $2000 for my Infiniti FX35. Glad I found David's Auto Collision great work and a lot cheaper then the dealer.

DO NOT BUY FROM BIG STATE!!!! Stay away for this place. You have been warned!!! After 2 months I still haven't received my title. I have called several times and still no call back. Legal action is in progress..
